Brand New

This is the Euphoric 14" Nice, firm and comfortable. Do yourself a favor and buy a new mattress. Mine was 25 years old for pete sake..lol

SharePoint hybrid firm: So far so good!

How well this will hold up is anyone's guess, but this mattress has the perfect firm feel that I wanted, while at the same time being cushiony enough that laying on my side doesn't hurt any of my joints. I'm very pleased!

Disappointed

Our king mattress is exactly 6 months old and already has clear dips where each of us sleep. I specifically did not choose a pillow top for that reason and it still happened. $1700 waste of money. For the record I’m 5’6” 150%23 not significantly overweight to warrant this happening so quickly. Our Sam’s queen bed in a box was a much better deal.

Poor Edge Support

Disappointed with this mattress. Edge Support was very poor. I weigh in my 180s and my wife 170s and we both felt that we were sleeping on a slope at both ends of the bed. At first the mattress was fine, but after about a month or so it began sloping. Needless to say, we returned the mattress. On the good side, Serta Simmons Sam’s Club team support was excellent. They did a great job facilitating our return.

Terrible Mattress for the price

Extremely disappointed with this mattress. I paid $800 expecting something that would last, and it hasn’t even been four months and there’s already multiple deep dents forming. That’s absolutely unacceptable for the price. The only reason I haven’t returned it is because the process is such a hassle, but honestly, I shouldn’t have to deal with this at all. This mattress has been a huge letdown, and I regret buying it.
