So far product is working great--different having a drawer oven as compared to regular microwave. But do like the way it looks "built in" with the cabinetry.

Love that it fits in the island and is out of the way. It works great. Clean up is so much easier. Lots of space inside!

We just bought this microwave drawer a few weeks ago but the drawer has recently had problems. The door won't stay open.

Microwave is convenient and looks nice in cabinet. Drawer takes time getting used to but is very nice.

It is powerful & heats food nicely. I am concerned about the panel bubbling & coming off. I will be contacting customer service.

I purchased as an "open box" and appears the only thing wrong was a dent on the back of the box that would be inside a cabinet. The best deal ever!

Haven't installed yet due to our contractor being out for a few weeks but looks great! Can't wait to use.
