I purchased as an "open box" and appears the only thing wrong was a dent on the back of the box that would be inside a cabinet. The best deal ever!

Extremely satisfied with my new drawer microwave. I has impressive technology, but is also extremely easy to use and functions great.

Haven't installed yet due to our contractor being out for a few weeks but looks great! Can't wait to use.

We received a new microwave. The touch pad was damaged and the drawer wouldn't completely close after 6 months.

My only con about it is it doesn't have a child lock option that keeps the microwave drawer from opening when a child tugs on it

we just bought it. works as described. It cooks the usual stuff. We haven't tried the popcorn yet. We will see how it performs

We just bought this microwave drawer a few weeks ago but the drawer has recently had problems. The door won't stay open.
