I’m giving this 3 stars because the small oven worked once and it no longer works. After we work to resolve this I will update my review accordingly. Otherwise the range is beautiful and the cooktop has been great.

Absolutely love this stove. Everything works just like it should. Switching it over to propane was so easy. Customer service responds very fast to emails and are easy to work with.

purchase this range a month ago, receive it but the small over doesn’t ignite … I hope they could fix it because i really love the look of this range ..

Purchased 48” galiano which works fine. The stove and oven knobs get hot when ovens are operating. Waiting for heat shield knobs. Please include heat shielded knobs instead of customer having to request them after delivery.

Love all of the features of the stove. Cooks great and the 8 burners are great to have. My only complaint is I’ve had it almost a year and unfortunately am experiencing cracking on the inside bottom tray and rust.

The appliance is nice, but requiring a survey to register the product is unnecessary. I would like to speak with a representative, but have yet to do so.

Range is the higest qulaity at that price point that I saw anwyhere online or through various distributors. I had an issue with the propane conversion and they helped get me replacement parts right away - thank you!

Applying for warranty appears to be easy so far, but I don't know yet because it's making me fill out this review before submitting initial warrant form.

I have ha the new Forno Gas range installed for less than 90 days and I am having problems that are quite alarming. Knobs get extremely HOT when baking, the electric spark to light keeps ticking after lighting.

I received my Freestanding Forno Gas Range in January. The range was delivered at the exact scheduled time and I will give a 1 year review but so far I love my range.
