We absolutely love our Serta mattress! It felt a little firm at first, but after a few nights of breaking it in, it became extremely comfortable. We decided to move away from pillow-top mattresses because our previous ones seemed to wear down too quickly, and we're very happy with the change. This mattress provides excellent support, feels sturdy and durable, and has remained comfortable. Overall, we're extremely pleased with our purchase and would definitely recommend it.

Nice and soft, great night's sleep the first night.

Very comfortable. It took a couple days to adjust to the new mattress but it has been very comfortable ever since.

It's just couple of days now. So far looks firm and helping with comfortable sleep

This is the Euphoric 14" Nice, firm and comfortable. Do yourself a favor and buy a new mattress. Mine was 25 years old for pete sake..lol

Very comfortable. Looks good. I would like you to ask me again in one year, For another description.

Not as firm as a traditional firm has some give but great support at the same time. No more sinking into the mattress

Our king mattress is exactly 6 months old and already has clear dips where each of us sleep. I specifically did not choose a pillow top for that reason and it still happened. $1700 waste of money. For the record I'm 5'6” 150%23 not significantly overweight to warrant this happening so quickly. Our Sam's queen bed in a box was a much better deal.

Disappointed with this mattress. Edge Support was very poor. I weigh in my 180s and my wife 170s and we both felt that we were sleeping on a slope at both ends of the bed. At first the mattress was fine, but after about a month or so it began sloping. Needless to say, we returned the mattress. On the good side, Serta Simmons Sam's Club team support was excellent. They did a great job facilitating our return.

Extremely disappointed with this mattress. I paid $800 expecting something that would last, and it hasn't even been four months and there's already multiple deep dents forming. That's absolutely unacceptable for the price. The only reason I haven't returned it is because the process is such a hassle, but honestly, I shouldn't have to deal with this at all. This mattress has been a huge letdown, and I regret buying it.
