Quick response upon our inquiry of the issue. We bought a package of appliances that includes: refrigerator, gas stove, dishwasher and a microwave oven in March of 2022. There were several times that it didn't start, so we had to turn the breaker off and on, then it works fine. Last week, however, it didn't complete the whole cycle and left water at the bottom.

Bought the Forno "pozzo" (8067) dishwasher to replace an aging Viking VDB450 that came with our house. As far as i can tell it seems to be private label HiSense? (and identical to the Cosmo brand except has the 3rd rack). Not as substantial as the Viking by far with much thinner gauge door, racks and hinges. Door is actually quite flimsy with a very notable twist. Installation requires the separate purchase of a 3/4" to 3/8" NPT 90 degree elbow for the water line. Fortunately our water line was long enough to reach the unique front water connection otherwise would have had to purchase a longer hose too. "Forno" emblem is user applied so left off to better match other appliances. So far works as should. As with other reviewers I find the Delay function frustrating as I have to reset it constantly, might be user error but if multiple people are reporting it then the design could be improved. Sound seems to be louder than the advertised 49 db but that is only my speculation.

After weeks of searching online I found Forno. The sales rep Genevieve gave us a virtual tour of the showroom since we live in the U.S. in the state of Texas. We order the full kitchen they were delivered faster than expected by nice and professional delivery men. I am now in my home, and I love my kitchen. I get so many compliments about my kitchen. My builder and I have recommended Forno to others. Love this brand.

We bought this dishwasher in the Fall of 2020 and have had zero problems. We like how the top rack is adjustable. We don’t like the layout of the bottom rack. There isn’t enough support for plates and bowls. You have to ensure the dishes don’t protrude below the rack or the bottom rotating washer blade will not spin.

I received after waiting 3 weeks for delivery. Opened it and Installed it on Monday 4/8/24. It has chips on the stove top surface where the white is. I have notified Forno with the problem and we will see if Forno will correct the problem. It’s a beautiful oven but it worries me about the color coat. The chips will only get bigger.

We had ordered our beautiful Forno dishwasher on two sites but they were canceled for some reason. After hours I left a message in there customer support chat section. We were so surprised when the next week we got a direct phone call from a company rep who apologized for the mistake. We were even more surprised that our dishwasher arrived within one week to our home in Cranbrook BC. I installed it with its very easy install instructions; and we are so impressed how quiet and amazing it is. I went from being initially unsure to a now committed Forno customer! :-)

The dishwasher is working great so far. With my dishes, I could stack my old Frigidaire dishwasher to hold more than the Forno Dishwasher with the arrangement of the prongs on the drawers. But it will be a learning experience.

My stove arrived damaged. The glass was broken across the top and the side was dented and pulled out. I am dealing with customer service now and will follow up when it is resolved..

Purchased through Premium Home source. No issues on ordering and delivering. Washed dishes great! Sometimes have some issues getting it to turn on using the touch pad
