One of the shelves on my tension shower caddy was missing the mounting piece. I have contacted SimpleHuman with pictures and my proof of purchase but no reply yet. It’s been 3 days.

Missing piece

I had one of these in my prior apartment and decided to get one for my new one. It as perfectly in my big stall shower as it did in my prior tub shower. The installation is easy and the profile is both lean and very functional. This is just a really good product! Thanks Simplehuman!
