Getting customer supports help was terrible and after figuring out how to add extension on my own it just bows instead of standing straight. If you’re required to use the extension to add length, I’d pass. Mine is now headed to the trash :(

I had one of these in my prior apartment and decided to get one for my new one. It as perfectly in my big stall shower as it did in my prior tub shower. The installation is easy and the profile is both lean and very functional. This is just a really good product! Thanks Simplehuman!
