You can not give this as a gift if you order it online. It's just a folded, smashed blanket, packaged in a clear, scratched up plastic bag. "In-store" packaging is very nice. The throw is also very nice and cozy warm. So ... if you plan on giving this as a gift ... only buy it in the store.

This is the best throw for the price I've ever seen...I purchased two for our den to store in baskets to use when needed (nap on the recliner/couch etc.) imagine my surprise when family members were soon fighting over them because they're really soft, warm and large enough to cover all of your body...no more exposed feet when pulling up the throw to cover your upper body. Warm and cozy is putting it mildly. We loved them so much we ordered two more online for other family members....but be aware the ones we received via online purchase did not come with the ribbon ties to roll up and store so if this is important to you to have those ties it's best if you go to your local store and pick them up so you can insure the ties are included with the throw. As an aside I ran into another shopper who had 4 of these throws in her basket ( I went back to the store to exchange my throws for ones with ties) and she said this was her third visit to purchase more throws as gifts because so many family members fell in love with hers when they visited. I bought 2 of these blankets, & I'm glad I did. If I hadn't, we'd be fighting over who gets to use it. The plush side against your body is very cozy & warms you up fast after being out in the cold. The smooth side is also very comfortable & warm against your body. Our 2 little dogs prefer us using them this way, as they love to cuddle on the plush side. Either way, these throws keep the 4 of us very warm & comfortable. They are not so heavy that they keep us weighted down, but they are substantial enough for warmth & comfort. We all love them.

I purchased the holiday variant with the trucks. Day of arrival, I ripped open the package and there before me was a super thick and plush blanket. My first thought was "OoooO yummy"! My second thought was "Is it gonna pill or shed"? So straight into the washer it went. Warm water on the medium load setting (my small load setting wasn't enough water to cover it), 1 tide pod and half a cup of scent beads and dried it like I do everything else and it came out of the dryer "PERFECT".  This is the best 15 bucks I've spent all year.  I was reluctant to buy this throw at first because I read Some reviews saying that fabric softener caused their blanket to become matted and hard.... I honestly don't think it's the fabric softener! I have a queen size blanket of the same material that came out matted in spots after I washed it. SO in comparing the 2? I think it's due to not having enough room in the washer. I had to stuff my queen in my washer and set it as a full load and there still wasn't enough water in it for it to swish like it should have. Whereas this blanket/throw with the cute lil trucks?  I set my washer on small and stood there watching (yes, top load machine) and then set it to a medium load so it would have enough water to swish. 

I love blankets, but it can be hard to find ones that are worth the price tag. I'll often see ones for forty or fifty dollars that are coarse or thinner than an airplane blanket. For fifteen dollars I wasn't expecting much out of this specific blanket. Just something soft to maybe throw on top of another blanket. But wow was I wrong. This blanket feels thinner than others I've bought but it's definitely the warmest blanket I've ever owned. On top of that it's super soft. So soft that my cat kneaded it for an hour, purring the whole time. He never does that. I'm getting a second one for my mom.

I just got this home and its shedding like crazy!!! There a little flecks of fuzzy gray fluff everywhere!! Its definitely soft, fuzzy and fluffy and feels great to the touch BUT its making a giant mess!!! I want to take it back but my sams club is a long way from my home. I'm very disappointed.

The title says it all! Great throw for a great price! We bought one for our kids as well as the couch. A little linty when you first get them, but expected. The colors are nice, and they are very soft. They lay over a full size bed perfectly! I would by 20 of them if I had a use for it!

These are literally the best blankets ever! I have two for myself because they are so soft, warm, and cozy. They wash really well, and I have had no problems with them falling apart after several years. I love giving these as gifts because they are so affordable, and everyone loves them!

I hesitate writing this review because I don't want the secret to get out but this is the best blanket on Earth period. I am a 26-year-old male and I carry it around my house like a 3-year-old. You won't find another blanket as soft, plush, and large as this one for the price. 10/10 would recommend!

I've bought these blankets for the past 3-4 years because we loved them. The material does tend to get balled up over time. So, I ordered more again this year. Well we just received them and they are thin compared to the previous years. Still very soft but so much more thin. My husband runs cold so it's good we ordered him two. I probably won't order again unless I can actually see them at my local store.
