Works great. Wish it had the feature when the door opens the grill slides out, but other than that it's fairly easy to use. Lots of features that replace other appliances.

Best purchase ever!!! First time I’ve used anything that replaces my usual kitchen appliances oven, toaster, and microwave. It has been a wonderful experience and beyond my expectations. LOVE the air fryer as it provides healthy, crispy foods.

This is a great toaster-convection oven, the controls were a little hard at first, but with use we sail through cooking. I would definitely recommend this as a replacement or a new toaster - oven.

Had previous model. Moving into a new apartment and needed air fryer. The smaller size and same functionality was decision maker. Use everyday and have recommended to all my kids.

I love how easily and efficiently this item stores on my counter. It is so useful to make perfect bagels, crisp cookies in a snap, and warm up pizza. Thank you for excellent use and design!

Great but controls are a little confusing especially for older people. My wife has early dementia and can't use it. She reverts back to a basic toaster

I loved it and used it frequently until the glass front on the door fell off after just one month. I noticed a gap in it at first and one day it just dropped right off. I used it frequently but not every single day, and was always gentle with it. Sad to see other comments saying the same thing happened.

We bought this to replace an old Cuisinart Toaster Oven because of it's larger size but there are a few things about this new one that are very different than the old one we had. There is no bagel setting? There is no actual off button although unlike the old unit, we have learned that when you open the door, the unit turns off but resumes when you close the door. Although the flat surface area is larger, the height of the interior is less than the old unit so you cannot put anything very tall into it. It does seem to cook evenly and the actual process of getting it set up and ready to perform the various functions take a few minutes to understand. The door handle on the left rather than in the middle of the door took some time to get use to as well. Because of the many functions it can perform, you cannot store all the inserts that come with the unit in the unit when it is not in use unless you have sufficient space to place them outside the unit when you go to use it.

We bought this to replace our Instant Vortex Plus. We liked that it had all stainless steel parts and no PFAS items. It's a pretty, sleek design and it's very quiet. I would certainly not call this item “space saving”. It's huge. And yes, it flips up to stand on the back, but it's still a significant appliance. Unfortunately, it just does not perform in the air fryer department. There is no preheat function that I could find, and no “flip at the halfway point” notification. We've air fried some sweet potato that were cut into small pieces and they just never got crispy. It took way longer to air fry than our Instant Vortex. Tonight I did chicken cutlets, following a recipe. It should have been done in 15 minutes and I had to add an extra 8 minutes. Unfortunately we will be returning as it did not meet our expectations.

I used the pizza oven function for the very first time tonight. My cousin had purchased to small personal pizzas. Each pizza heated differently. The one in the back was backed perfectly. The one that was in the front was burnt to blackened crisp. Same temperature, same time. same setting. So I'm not sure if the heating element is messed up and I should return? But I am definitely not satisfied, with this being my first use.
