This air fryer has made me realize how wrong I have been! Unlike the traditional canister style air fryers, this unit allows you to spread your food to maximize its surface area and achieve more uniform and better cook on each and every piece. The toast functions are accurate and consistent, without requiring much time at all. The bake function is what I love most, and it is able to reach temperature and sustain it better than my oven - especially at the high temperatures necessary for a brick oven style bake that the best pizzas require. I am still learning all of the ways that this appliance can elevate my cooking, and I have been impressed at every turn. In no way, shape, or form is this the boring air fryer that I have relied on for years - it is truly amazing!
