Purchased 48” galiano which works fine. The stove and oven knobs get hot when ovens are operating. Waiting for heat shield knobs. Please include heat shielded knobs instead of customer having to request them after delivery.

I have had my range for 2 days. It has worked well so far. I baked cookies and they came out fine. I have not cooked anything else yet. I look forward to using it more. That is really all I have to say as of now.

Range is the higest qulaity at that price point that I saw anwyhere online or through various distributors. I had an issue with the propane conversion and they helped get me replacement parts right away - thank you!

It arrived with a small dent in the front, but after contacting their service department they're getting that take care of! It's beautiful. Can't wait to use it.

The stove is absolutely great , but just 6 months in we are having issues with the ovens heating up all the way. We’ve assured there is plenty of gas but for some reason the stove just isn’t heating up consistently

We love our oven, but we have had the oven for less than 2 years and the ignitor in the main oven is not properly igniting. Sometimes it will ignite and other times you will smell gas and then it ignites aggressively.

This is a very nice range. Has the same quality appearance as super high end ranges like Viking, but one third of the price. We are very pleased with our 48 inch Forno range

One of the rear burners has not functioned properly since brand new. The ignition continues to be activated even after the burner is lit. Also the smaller oven makes a loud roaring sound and the flame goes out after it is preheated.

stove was delivered quickly. took a few weeks to be ready to install. everything worked great the first day. burners are very impressive.. the Side oven stopped working after the first day.

We have not used the unit much yet, we will see how it holds up over time. No idea how the customer service is yet as we are just trying to get service. Order process was fast and easy
