It's bread. But in no way is it sourdough bread. The texture is way too soft and there is no sourdough flavor at all.

The sour dough taste was almost overpowering. I could only eat it if another strong taste was on it.

It tastes like cardboard. I wouldn’t recommend this half-loaf to anyone. $6 can be spent better buying Walmart brand sourdough for an entire loaf!
