the oven was damaged in shipping bottom left corner was bent in had to straighten it out to make the bottom cover plate fit we really like the looks and size of the stove

Works great! But I wish it would come with heating suggestions since it is a different oven then I am used to. Other than that, it's the best gas range I have ever owned.

Well packaged and arrived without damage, except now, I've used the oven twice and it no longer works. Trying to get ahold of support and am required to leave a review.

Nice stove, but have had a few quality issues. Scratch on surface (they replaced part ASAP), oven was 75 degrees off & need adjustment, an igniter keeps firing even after lit.

Beautiful addition to my kitchen. Very nice looking appliance. Easy to install. Very very heavy need at least to people to move it. I like the dual fuel option for the oven.

The company has been very responsive to date. This review will be updated after my current warranty request.

Just bought gas range and glass inside door moves around and instead of emailing would like to be able to talk to someone on the phone

have not had factory service. am trying to arrange service at this moment. issues with broiler and front right burner
