While there were some challenges in getting our Gas range services. Ultimatly Forno was able to complete service and we are happy to have the support they provided.

Missing one legs no user manual in the box little hard to communicate to your company and other than that, I haven’t used it yet I’m trying to change the offices

I am very pleased with the functionality of the stove and the looks of this product. However, I am getting a natural gas odor from the oven. Hopefully it's an easy fix.

Waiting to write a full review as we just installed the range. As of now it looks great, but we’re having an issue with the oven operating correctly…reaching out to customer service now.

The product was damaged when I received it at my residence. I hope you will work with me to get a replacement gas regulator for this stove. Stove appears to be very well built

I love everything about the oven, however the temperature is off by 125 degrees. The burners on the stove part are fantastic and so is everything else. Once it's fixed, I'll be using it all the time!

shipping was lengthy and tracking was almost impossible. when finally received, installed and started using. range is very well built and works great, highly recommend this product to anyone who enjoys cooking.

This is a beautiful range but the knobs get disturbingly hot as well as the oven door. There is a warning from the manufacturer but it’s still hotter than we expected.

Well packaged and arrived without damage, except now, I've used the oven twice and it no longer works. Trying to get ahold of support and am required to leave a review.
