The range came well packaged in a wooden box with styrofoam underneath and a dust cover. There was no cosmetic damage from delivery. The gas stove works great. Haven’t had a change to get use out of the oven yet but so far very happy with the quality for the price.

Great cust service . However as owner I had to make my own repairs under warranty. No compensation yet has been awarded for our down time or repairs made by myself . Sent emails in regards, but no response yet from Forno . I have not one but three major appliances from Forno that I purchased . I would rate a 5 star but failed compensation when told I was going to be warded and no response . However fast delivery of failed part was good . But I made the replacement.

We bought the stove last year because we had heard it was taking a long time for appliance delivery. It came quickly and has been stored waiting on remodel to be finished. When unpacked there was a dent on one side and on the front cover under the door. Sent in an email to see what customer service will do. Waiting to see the outcome

I purchased the Forno Galliano 36 inch Propane Range. It was delivered promptly and very well packaged. Not a scratch, dent or ding upon inspection. This is a heavy well-built range and definitely seek help to move and install. It's a no-frills range: just what I was looking for. I don't need digital buttons, self-cleaning etc. I need a work horse and so far, it fits the bill. The burners needed no adjustments, and the oven will need a "burn-off" to rid of the new oven smell. Upon putting my oven thermometer on the rack, it came up to perfect 400 degrees; but it will take some time to get up to temp. So be sure to plan accordingly. The stove tops grates are very well made and also heavy, with the pans being an easy clean / wipe off. I use warm water and dish soap, so not to scratch the surface. The stainless steel, well it's stainless steel. You will have fingerprints and marks and smudges. I've learned there is no such thing as smudge free SS. Again, some mild soap, followed by a micro cloth to dry. The stove top dials are smooth to turn on, and the burners light smoothly as well, none of that sudden "poof", when LP gas is ignited. As for the dials getting hot from the oven: I have yet to experience that, but if I do, I will reach out to Forno regarding the issue. My only complaint at this time are the stickers placed on the oven window. They presented an issue when trying to remove. But a blow dryer, a warm wet cloth and some "goo-gone" did the job. Folks this is an affordable 36 inch range, without spending the "big bucks." Or the big headaches when repairs surface. As for Customer Service, I can say when I was doing my due diligence and reached out to CS. They were prompt and thorough with me and my questions/concerns. Time will tell and you have options of purchasing additional protection services with your dealer. As well as a 2 year warranty from Forno.

Simmer burners will ignite continuously no matter what setting. They are suppose to ignite when on high, however even on mid - low heat they continue to click and ignite. quite annoying. Burners also have trouble lighting occasionally. I made sure to have the appropriate gas line, gas valve and flexible gas hose installed for the total BTU's. Not sure if this is a safety feature or what, Forno has not returned my inquiry so I am posting on here.

Beautiful oven. Looks great in my new kitchen. I am interested to see if the quality will hold up as it is suppose to be commercial grade. The sales team that sold me my oven was great and super helpful. We bought a gas stove top and gas oven 36 inch with six burners. We are excited to see how the convection oven works. One con of the oven off the bat is the lack of a timer for when cooking things.

While I was shopping for a 36" gas range I found this on Home Depot website and after reading all the positive reviews and affordable price, I ordered the stove and I am so glad I did. Even My kitchen builder was impressed by the look of it and affordability. It looks beautiful and cooks fast and evenly. Forno customer service team is amazing, they go above and beyond to help you. They take customer service to another level. first I ordered 30" and later I changed my mind and thought I would want 36", When I called Forno customer service the item was already shipped but PINA and JENNIFER took it so personal and kind enough to call the shipping company to stop the process and helped me get 36" stove. Thank you PINA and Jennifer. The only problem I had with the stove is the temperature gage, there is no built in gage so I got a thermometer for $10 and hung it in the stove to see the correct tempreture. final verdict, beautiful, functional strong, affordable stove.

Overall stove has been working well, the only issue is that sometimes the electric ignitor stay on clicking at the lowest temperature setting, have to increase the temperature for the clicking to stop. Additionally, I was expecting the broiler to heat and cook faster, little disappointed with this feature.

When we first received the range and hooked it up, the temperature for the oven was 100 degrees off. We set it for 350 and it never went above 250. I looked up on YouTube to see if there was an adjustment for the thermostat and there was. We followed that procedure and the temperature was corrected. It would be nice if this was in the owners manual. The knobs on the front get very hot when the oven is on. Other than that, the stove top and oven seem to work very well and I am happy with the overall appearance of the range.

Just received the new 6 burner range. I absolutely love the way that it looks! It is wonderful to have very functional and efficient burners. I couldn’t believe how fast water came to a boil! The only issue so far is the instruction manual doesn’t have any information about how to air fry. That would be useful.
