Only have had it for 2 weeks and already had to call and get the motor replaced. Doesn't do the complete cycle of any drink and squeaky during every cycle.

I LOVE Ninja products, but this one is incredibly frustrating. I've tried several frozen cocktails and I've only gotten one to slush properly. It's a fine science of alcohol to sugar content and I'm not that smart.

I do recommend this product but not from Walmart . The price online is 299.99 straight from Ninja . Even kohls is selling it for regular price .. Walmart is price gouging its customers .. buy online

I brought about a month ago and it's great but if runs longer than an hour my juice thaws and dosn’t refreeze they say it can run 12 hours . I don't see it. Maybe I have a defective unit .

My grandson and I totally love this machine. We both love slushies and this will pay for itself in months between the both of us. He’s 7 and he gets a thrill watching it. Very easy to clean too.
