I bought this about a month ago, and we all love it! It is simple to use and very easy to clean. I have seen a lot of complaints about the noise, and while it is loud, it isn't any louder than our air fryer. Maybe it is how we have ours set up. It is on a peninsula counter so that there isn't a wall immediately behind it to reflect the noise back. We haven't made a lot of different types of drinks with it yet, but are looking forward to exploring more. It will be really nice this summer when it is hot and we are looking to have nice cool drinks.

The Slushi delivers as promised. This is one of the few times I've purchased a niche appliance and it's actually gotten used every day since it arrived. Whether it's just slushing a bottle of pop or making a full batch of slush for the family, it's seen some form of use every day so far.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I love this machine!!! Took it out for a party and made some frozen margaritas with margarita mix and alcohol. Sooo easy, just pour it in and start up the machine. It does take a while to freeze approximately 20-30 minutes when it first starts up, so definitely make drinks in advance. Once it is cold it continues to cycle it to keep it frozen so no worries there! Such an amazing find, definitely recommend for anyone who loves hosting.

I received this on 2/5/25, and I absolutely love it. My family and I are having so much fun creating different drinks. We appreciate how easy it is to use, how much money it saves us, and the fact that it’s conveniently located in our kitchen, ready for us whenever we want to use it. We are big fans of Ninja products, and this one has quickly become one of our favorites.

I’ve only dreamed of this machine in my home! Gone are the days for paying gas stations and fast food restaraunt for overpriced slurpees. I have my own slushi machine that takes any drink cold or hot and turns it into my own concoction! I ordered this machine luckily and it arrived right on my birthday! I use this daily to say the least and it’s so simple and easy to use and clean. A simple three step cleansing process and it gives the option to rinse! Time to make some milkshakes next and paired with my ninja creami I can make root beer floats!!! Oh yeah, You can also change the slushi consistency even at the preset selection.

I surprised my older brother with this Ninja® Slushi Professional Frozen Drink Maker, after he kept looking at it telling me he should get it. When he finally said I’m order it was sold out, but I ordered it for him. When he received it he was so surprise. He washed everything good and made mango slushi, next day root beer slushi and could stop talking about how great it was and had no problems understanding how to use it. He said he gonna make some ice cream next. But I’m happy he love it

I was so excited when I FINALLY got my Ninja Slushi machine! I tried for over a month to get one and they were ALWAYS sold out! Then the day came........... AVAILABLE (that sweet little word) - I could not believe my eyes, it was finally coming home to me! Needless to say since she has been here, we have become the best of friends. We make all kinds of different Slushi's, Frappe's, milkshakes and the best is the Margarita's!! Our guests that have tried it all now want one as well. She really is quite the machine. If you are on the fence, or even just thinking about it or reading reviews..... DO IT!!!!!! You will thank me later ;-)

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I made the best milk shake ever. Easy to use, it works very quite and it easy to clean. The drink is very soft it's not ice , i love it. It took me like 30 minutes to make a milkshake and I love that the minimum is exact 2 drinks.

So far everything I have put in it has slushed perfectly. The instructions were clear and helpful. There is a bit of science behind the perfect slush. Once you understand the required sugar content and maximum ABV. You will be making both alcohol and non-alcohol masterpieces.

The 88 oz tank has a paper thin gap that liquids get in and given the angle of the opening is impossible to clean. When contacting the company they have a ridiculous process you have to go through including a video call where you are required to show how you clean it in the top rack of the dish washer which it doesn't fit in.
