We've had this for a little over two weeks now and when I say we've used it every single day, that's not even an understatement! We've tried everything from slushies, milkshakes, frozen root beer floats, and so many other things. I absolutely LOVE my Ninja Slushi! It's easy to use and works incredibly. I love that there is no ice used, so never any dilution of flavor. Its awesome that you can set the chill factor for consistency to whatever you personally like, but I've found that the presets are pretty on point for everything. I'm always impressed with Ninja products, but the Slushi blew my expectations out of the park! I highly recommend this product!!!

Me and my family ABSOLUTLEY love this machine. I just wish it was made with a better grade plastic. My fear is it the housing that holds the juice getting cracked or something! But I'll worry about that if it happens, because we LOOOOOOOVE this slushy machine!

Wanted to love the product but after 3 days of usage, the machine started making weird noise and then shuts off. When it worked, it was great, however it didn’t work more than it did work. At first I thought we made the temp too high but even on regular temp, the machine would randomly break down. If I’m paying premium for this machine, it should work at all times. Used it at most 6 times and 4 of those time, the machine went bonkers. I had to turn it off when it started making loud cracking noise and then turn it back on like 5 times before the drink turned slush( only workaround so far I found) but also inconvient.

I bought this the day it became available, and I'm so glad I did! The Ninja Slushi has really impressed me, it's easy to use and cleanup is a breeze. I love the convenience of frozen drinks made at home, and this machine really delivers. It's earned a permanent spot on my counter top, and we've been using it daily. There are many different drinks you can make, and combinations to try. Fun for the whole family, it's definitely one of my favorite Ninja products!

Really impressed with the Ninja Slushi, for about a month now my girlfriend and I have made frozen margarita's, frozen pina colada's, normal coke slushi's, milk shakes, and frozen fruit slushi's and enjoyed every thing we have made. We are looking to do more with it as time goes and it was worth the price we paid for.

I bought this 2 weeks ago and am really liking it. It is going to come in so handy for the grand kids this summer and for the adult kids too ;) My husband loved it so much, he went in for a second brain freeze. hahahaha Tried to add pic... wouldnt let me

I bought this product and my husband wrapped it up for a Christmas gift for me. We used it the first time on Christmas and made frozen lemo ade. Very easy to use and came out perfect! Next we did a frozen orange Creamsicle. Once again easy to do. The preset programs make it very easy to use. Also if there is an issue with your mix it gives you warning lights. I have also done frozen coke slushies. Not the best because they just tasted like very flat soda. I have to find the trick for them still. The only issue I have found and apparently it is a common complaint, is that the seal around the tank vessel allows drink particles to get behind and in between it. There is no way to get it out or clean. I do the rinse immediately when I finish making a drink and hand wash everything with Dawn detergent and hot water. That said, I still have some of the Creamsicle stuck in the crease of the vessel. I am waiting for it to start molding. Haven't figured out how to fix this yet. I joined a couple of Facebook groups dedicated to the Ninja slushi and this was the biggest complaint. I guess I will purchase a spare vessel when they get back in stock so when the ice starts to mold I can switch it out. Otherwise I love this machine!!

We love our Slushi. But the poor vessel design actually makes it tough to clean. There is a plastic lip along the back of the vessel that gets whatever you’re making caught in it, but the lip is so tight it is hard to stick anything in it to clean it. We’ve tried various cleaning methods, and the back lip has build up within it. Ninja usually has great products and this design flaw makes this one only two stars for me. If the vessel didn’t have that open lip on it and it was a closed rim, it would be a 5 star product for me

I really can't say how much I love this thing. Every year I buy two or three shave ice machines because I love frozen drinks, when I saw this was excited because it was exactly what I've been wanting. When it arrived it took me 5 minutes to was and rinse it and 40 min later I had Slushees. My first was two cans of Squirt, one small bottle of Hawaiian Punch and a Strawberry Lemonade. The kid next door came over the other day with two cans of of orange Crush and said, "Hey, lets try this." It's so much fun. Amazing. Well built, sturdy, easy to clean. This is worth every penny. It makes just the right amount. Now when I go to store I'm always looking at drinks and thinking, "how will that slush." Whenever I tell people about it they get all excited and want to come try it out. It really is fun. I love it!
