But I found their Youtube channel and was able to get the info in very short detailed videos. the machine is very heavy so it can make a large size of the beverage. i think i can use it for my restaurant

Would love to have a positive review but unfortunately I do not. Bought the ninja slushi and the first unit would not freeze anything or even get that cold. I called Ninja and they sent me a new one. The new one has the same issues. It would be a great product if it worked. Think they need to upsize the condenser or something to make it function the way it should. Will not be getting another replacement.

We bought one machine for each of our kids plus one for ourselves (early Christmas presents). It's pretty simple to operate and easy to clean afterwards. There hasn't been a day go by that we haven't used our machine. The grandkids have been excited to make their own drinks and the kids in making their favorite adult beverages. We now call, text or facetime each other all the time with our recipes and new experiences trying different things. It's been the perfect gift for the whole family!

The Ninja SLUSHi is one of my favorite appliances I own. I have been using this thing every day since I bought it and have no regrets. The consistency of the frozen drinks this makes is amazing. The presets help with basic drinks but there is a ton of flexibility with the temperature control. Ninja once again delivers with a quality product.

Love this machine. We've made some amazing slushie cocktails from the recipe booklet and trying our own concoctions. So refreshing and easy to use. Clean up is so quick and easy! Love all of my Ninja small appliances and this makes an excellent addition!

You the one time followed the recipe instructions to the letter. It was a cranberry vodka slushy. It was slushy for about 30 seconds after being dispensed then it turned back to liquid. Not very impressed. Try to second batch, a full amount. But did not double the alcohol. total vodka amount was 1/2 cup. It never would even freeze at all.

My daughters and I were so excited when the Slushi came out that I ordered it that day. Luckily, we somehow managed to get our order in while it was still in stock. And it's no surprise that it is constantly out of stock, because the Slushi is so much fun to have! We use it every day, it has been an awsome addition to our summer fun!

I purchased the Slushi about three weeks ago. I am still learning different things to use in it, I did find that it works very well unless you are making Margarita Slushi. A Margarita Slushi with ten percent alcohol will hardly freeze. I am a little disappointed in that part, but overall, I Love it.

I just got this 8/21 and have used it 2 to mes since. It is a nice machine for at home slushy making. I do agree the cold liquid seems to slushy up in no time. However, the machine was really quiet when I used it the first day. On fsy 2, doing the same thing as day 1, it started making a weird noise. I did shut the machine down and restarted it after about 5 minutes which helped for a little while. This machine is to expensive to have this kind of noise especially after the $30 increase from the release date. This has me worried a bit especially with a 1 yr warranty. Also I got all I could get from the max of what I made and just usd the hot water rinse to melt the rest from the slushy left in the corner of machine I love the machine just hope it last. Prior to this it was my ninja blender set with multiple components that I've had for years. This will definitely help me save on having to buy water for the ice machine to make slushy beverages.

Waited over 2 mths for the Slushie to be back in stock... It was SO worth the wait! I live in Winnipeg-slushie capitol of Canada.... And I am so impressed with the quality of slush! It is relatively compact and fits well on the counter and is SUPER easy to clean! The designers/engineers of the Slushi knocked it out of the park.... HIGHLY recommend it!
