I am loving this machine. I’ve always wanted a slushy machine for home, so I was very excited when I saw this online. Since buying, I have made soda slushes in several different flavors, an iced tea slush, a milkshake, and a frappe. Sodas freeze the best. I cannot recommend making a milkshake (even though it’s in the included recipe book) in this machine as it did not turn out well and just made a mess that was hard to clean up. Any drinks with dairy seem to be harder to clean up. Overall, the machine is very easy to assemble, very easy to use, and easy to clean. I usually make my drink and clean the machine immediately after dispensing so I don’t have to worry about it afterward. It only takes about five minutes to clean. I do wish that the auger inside was designed slightly differently so that all of the slush would dispense out because I am always left with several ounces left in the machine that will not dispense. Not a huge deal, but I usually have to keep a little scraper near the machine so I can scrape it out and put the left over in my cup. It’s a fun machine to have around the house and has been a huge hit with my niece and nephew when they come to visit. I highly recommend this machine for anyone who loves their frozen beverages. * One recommendation for Ninja - this machine should come with a couple of clear plastic cups with the domed slushy lid. This would really give the feel of having a convenience store slushy at home and would just add to the fun.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] this thing is amazing !! it doesn’t take long at all. it’s very quiet and durable. it has a self cleaning function so you don’t have to keep pick it up and washing it. it makes a lot of slush and you can put pretty much any soda/juice in it.

Works great once you figure it out and get your recipe dialed in. If making alcohol drinks, add at least 2 cups of water to a full tank of mix...otherwise you will be waiting hours and just be disappointed because it won't freeze. Add says is 88oz but it isn't. Max fill line Cleary says 64oz max capacity.

I am a slushy girl, I always have been and always will be. I have love them since I was a little girl. As an adult my son knows the way to my heart is a big slush, sooo with that being said, where have you been all of my life, I have waited long enough. I got it as a gift and I love it so much I want another one just in case, lol. I put in a carton of Minute Maid berry punch and out came pure heaven. If I had bought it I would buy it again and if you don't have one yet, just on the waitlist and BUY it as soon as you get the email, because they GO quickly. I couldn't wait until Christmas and my birthday was in May, so I asked and it showed up, I'm so thankful and happy. It only took 20 mins to get slushy and clean up was a breeze. I can't wait to share with the rest of my family and make some adult beverages. NINJA does it again, my kitchen is full of NINJA. GO GET YOU ONE ASAP.

This slushie machine is the perfect appliance to make restaurant and bar like drinks. I’ve made frappes, fruit juice slush, soda slush, and ice cream and the texture of each type has been perfect. Recipe guide and user manual make it really easy to follow the recipes and operate the unit. Cleaning is easy just rinse with water and soap. However, I will have to take off one star due to a design flaw and staining of the vessel. Please see the li tired below. In the back of the vessel at the very edge of it there is a small opening (small enough you can barely get a finger nail past it) that can lead to residue getting built up and stuck. It almost impossible to clean it without breaking the vessel. I will have to hope that exposure to soap and war water eventually loosens it. Lastly, I made a Mango slush (just from mango juice) and it stained my vessel. Other than these two flaws the Ninja Slushie has operated to perfection.

We were excited to get our new SLUSHi and it didn't disappoint. It was very easy to setup for our first try. We started with Strawberry Daiquiris which came out great. Then we made frozen Margaritas which were also great. We love how we can fil it with our desired beverage, turn it on, and have a nice cold slushy drink in a pretty short time. Today we're making Mocha Milkshakes for dessert. Cleaning is super easy.

After having the system 7 days and making 5 different slushies, my experience has been awesome. First, it is amazingly easy to clean. Definitely a surprise. Second, the recipes are simple and taste great. I haven't been too creative and mostly followed recipes provided with the system or available online. My favorite, ginger ale and orange juice. 1 part ginger ale with sugar, 1 part ginger ale with no sugar, and 2 parts orange juice. It's awesome!

I bought two of them a couple months back and I am not disappointed! I make weekly margaritas for the family and doing flavored margaritas in one and traditional ones in the other has been a game changer. It was pricey to buy the two upfront, but with what we were spending going out weekly, they have already paid for themselves. (Going out did include food and drinks for four, but making them at home and cooking has decreased cost and more family and friends are partaking.) They make the margaritas the perfect consistency, even when I add a little too much tequila. The time to slush up varies depending on the sugar and or alcohol content, but pretty close to the times that they put in the instructions. Well worth the investment.

I love how versatile it is and allows you to make milkshakes and frappes as well. It is very quiet and actually froze the drink pretty quickly. It cleaned up super easy especially with the rinsing cycle. I wish you could use sugar free options, but understand why that doesn’t allow it to work properly. Would be perfect summer and hosting guests!

Love love love this, it is a hit in our household. We have made frappes and slushies so far, very easy to operate. Super easy to clean. I absolutely love making drinks with this you can put anything liquid in it that has sugar in it. And if you like mixed drinks this is the product you’re going to want.
