I just got this 8/21 and have used it 2 to mes since. It is a nice machine for at home slushy making. I do agree the cold liquid seems to slushy up in no time. However, the machine was really quiet when I used it the first day. On fsy 2, doing the same thing as day 1, it started making a weird noise. I did shut the machine down and restarted it after about 5 minutes which helped for a little while. This machine is to expensive to have this kind of noise especially after the $30 increase from the release date. This has me worried a bit especially with a 1 yr warranty. Also I got all I could get from the max of what I made and just usd the hot water rinse to melt the rest from the slushy left in the corner of machine I love the machine just hope it last. Prior to this it was my ninja blender set with multiple components that I've had for years. This will definitely help me save on having to buy water for the ice machine to make slushy beverages.

Does what it says well. Have tried slush, ‘rita’s, and(unintentionally) icees. Margaritas come out with the perfect texture, maybe less lime than ninja recipe suggest, but otherwise perfect. Slush works great, lower temp usually yields better textures. Unfortunately zero sugar drinks don’t work well without allulose & allulose causes stomach issues for me. I was intending for this to be a zero sugar slush machine but didn’t research enough prior to getting this. Doesn’t matter much though as long as I slush in moderation. Overall the features I’ve tried have either made up for my sugarless disappointments or worked as advertised. Can’t really fault them for a science issue, but alas that is what keeps me from a 5 star review. Love how easy it is to clean, troubleshooting seems covered by the handy little paper that comes in the box, and I haven’t run into any issues so far. It has been a pretty great experience. We’ll see how it runs when I test it at a party or two.

I've had my Ninja Slushi for just over two weeks and I have literally used it every single day since then! My partner, my toddler, and I all love being able to slushee things with a quickness! Now when we go out to eat, we always order a "Large Drink with NO ice" so we can bring it home and toss it in to our Slushi!

Bought with my own money - not from an influencing thing. I am simply obsessed with it. I love slushies. I've wanted something like this for two decades at least. I'm drinking an orange juice slush as I type this and it is literally perfect. The consistency of the slushies are literally perfection. Better than the gas station, I swear on my freaking Mother. I have made tons of juice and soda slushes. I tried to make a frappe last night but utterly failed, lol. They really mean it about the cream part, guys. Anyway - buy this when it's back in stock if you love slushies. I will hurl myself off a bridge if this thing breaks. Oh and it's pretty quiet, not a bulky as I expected and EXTREMELY easy to clean. It says you can put the parts in the dishwasher but I don't trust it and it's very easy to hand wash.

My wife and I purchased this for our Christmas gift to each other. So far we've used it four times and the Ninja Slushi has worked perfectly! We've used fruit juice three times and a pina colada mix once, all on the slushy setting. We had to increase the cooling factor by one click using the pina colada mix, very user friendly though!

I misjudged the size of this machine. Its too large too heavy for a normal sized home kitchen. It was so heavy and cumbersome i never bother to test it, returned. The other thing that influenced my decision was there was not full disclosure on the site that everything must contain sugar.

I purchased the slushie 2 weeks ago, and we have used it every day. We have tried many different flavors of pop, and all have worked as advertised. I also made concentrated grape juice, and my wife said it is her favorite so far. In the summer we would go to the convenience store almost every other day. Now we don't have to any more. At the time of this review it is 12 degrees here where we live, but i can't wait to make some milkshakes! As i mentioned it has only been 2 weeks, but i am very pleased so far!

MOLD!!! The canister will develop a mold after a time that is unreachable to remove. I love the slushes this produces, but I can’t feed my friends & family dangerous mold along with the tasty treat. This is a serious design flaw that needs corrected. Liability should be a concern with the company.

Got it for Xmas after lusting over it since it launched. Did so much research about it before hand. Great reviews, no where could we find a second hand one for sale online, so figured everyone was loving it and this would be a decent investment for my partner and I. Wrong! Slushies, milkshakes, frappes - nothing worked. It either doesn’t pour out, it’s filled with air or not frozen. So frustrating, but mostly just disappointed. We wanted to love this so much, and we’re so excited for it. I would return it if I could, but the box went out with all the Christmas garbage. So sad!
