Okay so I thought long and hard before giving this a try. And to say that it's so worth it is an understatement! I've made frappes and the consistency is perfection! Tried a mix of flavored tea and lemonade, also came out perfectly! Everything so far has had such a balanced and icy consistency, exactly what I've been looking for in a tasty beverage. I know this will be used everyday this summer ☀️ I love that it's so easy to use, easy to clean and it's just a dump and go machine.

it works wonderfully. our whole family really enjoys it. However, with so many other companies making the same product for way less we weren't even going to buy this one. only reason we did was because it had a discount of nearly $200 off around black Friday making it about $16 cheaper than the competitor we had already decided on.

this is amazing!!! we made our first milkshake. this mixture came in great and i tell you what, it made the best milk shake. although we made too much. we just had to increase the coldness but it did it's job. i want the next ninja ice cream maker next. I would tell everybody, GET ONE!!!

This machine is easy to use ... from setting it up , to making margaritas (or other "slushy" drinks, to cleaning it. Just be sure to start the process far enough ahead of the time you want to serve your drinks. I recommend you have any alcoholic drinks pre-mixed so you can just pour the mix into the machine as it gets dispensed during your party.

The Ninja is a good machine, but it doesn't freeze drinks the way the marketing suggests. It's convenient since you don't need to add ice, but the drinks never get fully frozen. We let it run for over an hour—almost two—and it still only produced a loose slush, similar to a melting 7‑Eleven Slurpee. It's fine overall, and I'd still recommend it, just don't expect anything more than a light slushie. I'm glad I got it on sale.

I love Ninja products and I was not disappointed at all with this purchase. I only wish they came in better colours like the US gets. I bought this to be able to make my own home made fraps at home. I have not made one yet as I ordered a few syrups that have not come in yet, but I have made frozen alcoholic beverages and W-O-W! If you love sangria then you wil LOVE frozen sangria! Can't wait to use this bad boy when the next big UFC fight night is!

I got this in January and after the first couple of uses I too had problems with the space on the lip of the vessel. I bought a waterpick that was suggested by others to clean it but that hasn't worked. I can never catch when Ninja has them in stock to replace it. I agree it is an expensive paperweight and I am not buying another to have similar problems. I will just sit there not being used. I have bought other Ninja products their multi cooker, air fryer, the food processer and creami but I won't buy anymore because of this problem. I rinsed right away, I clean all parts right after rinsing and nothing was in it for very long. No use putting up pictures doesn't help anything or anybody obviously.

What an amazing machine. It was a gift for my Niece and she just loves it. Makes delicious and fresh slushi's. She has a blast making all kinds of slushi flavours.

This is great, except if you have to put fruit in it, it's not a very wide opening for you to put your fruit in. Otherwise it works great and has great consistency on whatever temperature you set it on.

I wish I had done a little more research before purchasing as I was hoping to be able to make sugar-free slushies lol Buuuuut my family has been thoroughly enjoying all the sugar slushies and experimenting with recipes 😊
