My Slushi machine doesn't work, it only hums when turned on. I had liquid everywhere! So disappointed and I have several Ninja products and love them!

I love it it's simple to use and as fast as advertised 2 weeks in and im happy so far the only thing is id love a larger tank or reservoir it just needs a little more it emptys so quickly you feel like you have to top it off constantly...

Got lucky to get one when they popped back in stock. Once the formula is perfected for cocktails, this thing will be amazing. The lid seemes a little delicate so I'm sure a replacement is in my future.

Don’t buy from them they are not supposed to sell this price. Go on the website get on waiting list. Turning them in to Ninja where prices are same. This better be buy a 3 market party

I liked it so much, I bought two of them. Now, I can have two flavor selections simultaneously. If I were to have any complaints, it would be that I wish the containers were a bit larger. A full gallon would be great.

Didn’t work. 2 hours and not even an ice crystal. Tried multiple times and multiple different recipes. Ninja is replacing it but it’s on back order so will take up to a month for replacement.

I bought this about 2 weeks ago and I love it it was a bit intimidating the first day but it is super easy to use and the lights let me know if I have messed up 😉.

Two weeks in and I love it!! Everything I have tried has turned out fantastic! Taking it on a road trip this weekend to visit some family and celebrate the last summer holiday weekend. My drink game is going to be epic!

I bought this specifically for slushies with alcohol. It works as long as you really water down the alcohol. If you like your drinks a little stronger, it will not slush.

Super quiet machine that's been a huge hit with the family! No need to drive an hour to the nearest town that has slushies to be able to enjoy. Can't wait till it's back in stock to order another one.
