This product has more incomplete jobs than complete ones. It will start and then 10 minutes later it will stop and return to its base. Don't even try to deal with customer support via email, they are no help. This is a terrible product.

I loved my first roomba so much that when my son broke it, I HAD to get another. However, this one has been a hassle. It was great the first couple of months, but now it seems as though it's more work for me to constantly fix it and buy parts :(

Paid $600 for a vacuum that has been nothing but trouble.. it's not even 2 years old and gets used once a week.. and now the software is old and can't be updated anymore and guess what... out of warranty! LESS THAN 2 YEARS OLD!! WOULD NOT RECOMMEND!

Every time the Bot encounters a black object like a Bed Frame it continues to hit it and try to go over it resulting in it stopping and shutting down. Further it doesn't even show this incident in the Review portion to improve or learn from it.

I bought the J7 because I have a husky and the shedding is endless! Set up was easy. Scheduling was easy. Changing the bags, filter and emptying the container is easy. Has made my home look consistently clean. I love it.

This is my first robot vacuum. I am still working out schedules and a few mapping issues. I love my Rob (as I call him) Each time I use the Roomba it gets better. I definitely would recommend Roomba. Love the self emptying feature.

Our Pomsky is a massive shedder and our Roomba keeps our house clean. Definitely one of the best cleaning products we've ever owned.

It was a little glitchy at first but once it learned the layout of the house it has done amazing. I am very happy.

It's convenient until it comes time to empty the bin. There needs to be a better way or a tool ( I've used chopsticks).
