Awesome machine. I have two other Roombas (one about seven years old and still doing the job!) but this one is incredible- avoids obstructions so it doesn’t get hung up, finds it’s charging station without a problem, etc. Mobile App is excellent as well!

The vacuum is not good for pet hair. Couldn’t clean half of our 1900 square foot house without leaving big clumps of dog hair in its wake. My lab is not a big shedder so surprising it couldn’t handle it. It also rolled a lot of the corners of my rugs. I returned it.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Doesn’t always pick up carpet bunnies. Also need to run other vacuum to do next to base boards and other edging next to bookcases and other stationery objects. Perhaps I had unrealistic expectations.

This is an update for us from a previous model. Mapping is nice and allows us to easily do just one room if we want. Downside: it still clings along the wall and digs ruts in the carpet...turn, bang, turn, bang as it just keeps bouncing off the wall, so disappointment there. The ruts are the worst part.

Does not run over cords, but, cannot navigate. First try it gave up after 1 sq meter. Second try it did the kitchen and most of the living room. 3rd time I carried it to the far bedroom ad it could not navigate out of the bedroom. 4th time I put it in The hallway facing away from the bedroom. It could not find the bathroom or the 2nd bedroom.

I have purchased this vacuum cleaner twice. I have not been able to connect to my wi-fi for neither of the vacuums. I will be calling Sam's to tell them I am returning the second one. My wi-fi provider tried to help me and Roomba has tried to help me. The Roomba Co. just sent me a text and they want me to give them an extensive overview of the vacuum cleaner. I'm not going to go through all that. I rather not have the robot vacuum cleaner.

My mom loves it and doesn't have to clean as often and it simply works and from what I've seen this is one of the best ones for the current price of between 300-400 there are better stuff but for the price i think this is the biggest bang for buck. Also the app is great and simple, and it clean carpet pretty good as well as wood floors. Basically this makes it so you need to vacuum much less often maybe a quarter of the time if at all (depending on kids or animals or closed doors you still need to vacuum sometimes i feel)

Pros: Handles obstacles well; Thorough in getting around the room; Decent suction; Allows you to select specific rooms to clean once it's mapped your home. Cons: Extremely loud; app is a bit clunky; had to reconnect it several times; bin does not hold very much and is messy when removing it. Overall--I am satisfied with the performance knowing that I got this on sale for half price. Would have been really disappointed if I'd paid full price. Most dissapointing aspect is how loud this vaccum is. It's as loud as a regular full-size vaccum, so don't plan to be working on a laptop or watching TV while this thing is running nearby.

This is my second Romba product. The other one no longer charges after several years of use. This one is more powerful and cleans longer. The new design solves the problem of collecting hair. The only issue based on my only use is that it may not pick up fine particles as well on tiles. Overall，I am satisfied.

I had to rate this product a 3 because it does not clean my whole house in one charge. I have to schedule the vacuum in 2 stages (major living areas and bedrooms). The Roomba performed better than other models and the price at Sam's Club was affordable. I am keeping this product because it does save me time because I have mostly tile throughout me home.
