I can't say anything good or bad about this product, because we bought it as a gift for my sister in law.

A Christmas gift for my sister in law!

Does not seem to work with or without the app.  Cannot get it to clean the room, and despite multiple resets, continues to do the same thing over and over. Returning.

Hardware failure after the 4th run.  I thought support helped me fix the problem… but immediately happened again. I emailed them… and haven’t heard back.

Super disappointed…

This is an update for us from a previous model.  Mapping is nice and allows us to easily do just one room if we want.  Downside: it still clings along the wall and digs ruts in the carpet...turn, bang, turn, bang as it just keeps bouncing off the wall, so disappointment there.  The ruts are the worst part.
