Had it a couple of months and it will not change battery. Tells me to replace battery with new one

Third iRobot in many years. This one is my favorite. Love the mapping and emptying bin.

There's a reason it's discounted this much! I've had this model for over a year now and it is an absolute nightmare. It almost never works properly and in the rare case it should work for a short time, the mop feature is pointless since the tiny mop pad just pushes dirt around. I could go on forever about all of its issues. This is the second iRobot vacuum I've had and because of this model, I will never purchase another from them.

I can't say anything good or bad about this product, because we bought it as a gift for my sister in law.
