My husband is a huge fan of Bailey's. He adds it to his coffee in the evenings during the winter or will drink it on ice during the summer for an after dinner dessert. For me it's a bit rich but still very smooth. We've also frozen coffee and added it as ice cubes for a bit more flavor.

Oh my gosh! I just recently discovered that not only you can drink this on its own but you can use this as your creamer for coffee! Yes for coffee! Recently when I traveled to Europe, British airways served this as a coffee creamer! Since then I’ve been using this for my coffee especially at night!

I used to drink this years ago and then stopped for awhile. However over the holidays I purchased a bottle and am so glad I did. I keep it in the fridge and once in awhile pour myself a small liquor glass and sip it while watching tv or surfing the internet. People put in coffee or over ice cream but I prefer just sipping it.
