We stopped for this mattress elsewhere and couldn't believe how much cheaper it was at Sam's.

Very comfortable (only slept a few nights so far).

Purchased: 02-19-2026 First off, I had a 15 year old Tempurpedic Classic mattress that was causing back pain and needed to be replaced. I have a solid base (purchased with the Classic) which sits in a sleigh bed with slats. Sleep style: (combination) side and back. body style: 5'10"-235lbs The Walsh is more of a Medium Firm mattress; which is what I wanted. My first night sleep, my back pain was near gone. I did experience some fatigue in my shoulders but the trade off was well worth it. I believe that this would be solved by a foam topper of your choice. I also believe that the shoulder fatigue will go away as time goes on. This mattress has fantastic support. The edge support is great. It is comfortable and provides a great nights sleep. I had missed having a traditional spring mattress and this hybrid provides the best of both worlds. If this is what you are looking for; you won't be disappointed. If you are looking for plush and soft pillow top, then this is not it. Hope this helps.

This is an excellent mattress. It is very firm when you first get it. I thought I accidentally got a firm mattress. It softened up after 2 weeks of use. Even though its on the firmer side - it hits all the pressure points. It feels great to sleep in. I actually ordered a second one for my sister. We had been plagued with back pain from 'soft' and 'in the box' mattresses.

For years, my husband and I made do with our budget mattresses, but after a big move, my mom convinced us to get a good mattress and it makes such a difference! I get way better sleep and wake up with fewer random aches. As the only place I physically stay put in 7-8 hours a night, it is worth investing in a mattress that supports restorative sleep! I really love this hybrid mattress. It offers the comforts of both coils and foam. I chose medium firmness, which is perfect for me. It took no time at all to get used to a new mattress. I got this in queen size, and all the bedding fits without any need to purchase sheets with extra deep pockets. Thankfully, it's also had zero noticeable change from my 3 mischievous children jumping on it trampoline style. I’m able to fall asleep quickly, sleep comfortably, and wake refreshed! I’m loving this mattress!

Honestly, I sleep well on it. It's very supportive and keeps me cool. My wife, on the other hand, is very petite, and it seems too firm to her, and she likes to sink in a bit, which this mattress doesn't seem to allow. We probably should have bought a pillowtop as a compromise, but it was hard to beat the price we paid.

Quality seems good but too soft for me. I think I didn’t need the hybrid memory foam combination mattress. I am 240 pounds with a couple of compression fractures. My back feels stiff in the mornings and I probably needed more support.

Bought this thinking it would exceed expectations for a classic tempurpedic feel. It was the hardest mattress ever, with little to no “give” in it. Tossed and turned for 3 hours trying to sleep on it and eventually switched back to my old mattress. Do not recommend this mattress. Very disappointed!
