This is a great ice maker. Makes plenty of ice--FAST. The bad thing about this unit is that it does not come with any water connection adapters. You will spend time hunting down all the adapters and water line. Once the unit is set up it runs great and makes ice quickly, i wont have to buy ice at all this summer. I highly recomend this unit.

I own a small Hotel, 6 rooms, in New Mexico. We bought the machine and installed it in our patio area. Guests love it to fill their ice chests.

We have had our Icemaker for quite sometime and have no complaints. We are very satisfied and it has worked excellent!

Very happy with this ice maker, immediately began making ice as soon as plugged in. Gave it a hard workout the first week as we are a church and feed about 200 people an evening during VBS.

Been in service for a couple weeks now in my Bar/Tavern...making more than enough ice...curious how it'll work long term..but so far..so good..finally got rid of the expensive monthly lease payment! I plan to clean it out and see how the inside looks in the near future. The delivery packaging was very stable.

The Ice Machine arrived and the box was in GOOD condition so I assumed the machine would be in good condition also. Once the box was removed and the machine inspected I found that the workmanship in the construction of the machine was lacking. As you can see from the photos the panels did not lineup and I learned that was because there were screws and rivets missing. After having to partially disassemble the housing and put in replacement screws and rivets for the missing ones I was able to get the panels to line up better, but they are still not the way they should be. The machine is working good and producing ice. I do think the product is worth the money, but think the assembly process should be improved. This machine is being used in a work shop so the appearance is not that critical, but if it were in a place of business I would be very disappointed.

This ice maker worked for one cycle and needed repair. They sent a tech out a week later and parts have been ordered. We'll see how fast we get it up and running again.

The ice maker is great, but the bin does not hold 250 lbs. We use this to fill water coolers for construction crews in the morning before their day. We empty the bin quickly, so although the ice maker can make 250 lbs, we don't get that capacity.

I bought this about 2 months ago and had to replace it because the level was not working properly. It drains out water like a faucet. Got a new one and it is almost as bad. You have to level it just about every day so the water will shut off. Makes ice fast! But uses alot of water

This machine worked badly from day one. Called repairman said it was the condenser and parts not available. Trouble shoot machine myself and it is clearly the sensor and parts are no longer available.
