I also like that the inside of the cap has levels that are easily read, so you know how much detergent you're using. I used this to wash my son's clothes, my clothes, husband's clothes, PLUS our activewear items. In this hot and humid weather, you're sweating and filthy without being active! This detergent does a decent job of getting out most of the filth and funk, but couldn't fully remove the armpit smell from my tops from one hour of walking (in the heat and humidity). It's not strong or pervasive, but I notice it's still there. It DOES do a good job on the other clothing and my husband's activewear items.
