I own multiple Apple devices from MacBook Pro to iPad Pro to iPad Mini. This iPad offers great value! If you're going to purchase an iPad, I recommend buying this model. The price of an iPad Air or Pro compared to iPad A16 is 2-3 times as much. Unless you absolutely need the extra features offered by the Air or Pro, you save a lot money. I recommend going to Apple's website and use iPad comparison tool. This will give you a good idea of whether it's worth paying much more for the other models.

This is replacing an ipad Air 2 that is no longer being supported. This A16 is missing the "home" button on the bottom of the screen, which on the ipad Air 2 you can press and it'll show all the open applications. With this new device I have to drag upwards from the bottom of the screen and stop/hold in the center for the menu to show all the open applications. To turn on I have to click the tiny little button on the upper right outside the device (which becomes harder to find once you put a case on this thing). I find this tedious, so I deducted stars for making this A16 device less user friendly than my old one. The one big positive is that Apple is now using USB C port as the power cable instead of the custom power cable plug that Apple forced you to buy.

I bought this as a gift for my boyfriend, he absolutely loves it. He was using a laptop all the time and this iPad is so much more convenient for him. So many features, he is visually impaired but this allows him to enlarge things so that he can read it easier. A much needed upgrade and he likes the iPad size, easier to hold and maneuver. I would highly recommend if you are looking for a new device.

My uncle bought this cause his 2 year old iPad just stopped working suddenly. We didn't know all ipads had cracked and weren't coming back up. This iPad, brand new, would not turn on at all. But my uncle is ill and can't reform it right now. So we may actually be out the money. Apple sucks.

I had originally ordered this item a week before Thanksgiving for $279.00, but saw a Walmart ad with the Grinch stating that a great sale was coming for Black Friday so I cancelled it thinking that I could save money. On Black Friday and Cyber Monday the same it was “on sale” for $329.00. Due to your misleading ad, I had to pay $50.00 for the iPad.

I purchased this for my 13 year old granddaughter. I guess everything is going well. I have not seen nor heard from her for days now since receiving the iPad. Her parents tell me all they hear is laughter in her room while playing games with her school friends via the iPad. I did get a hug and a kiss when she received it. Made my day.

I purchased it for my wife. She loves it. It's an upgrade from an iPad mini. It's larger not only in size but also in memory. I would recommend this seller considering this was my first purchase from this seller. I would definitely buy from this seller again.
