I purchased this iPad and I don't have any complaints about it. Instead it was advertised for 264.00 and I was charged 449.00. I have spent two days trying to speak to someone and when I did get someone they refused to give me the difference in price. Double check the amount actually charged.

Although the color is pretty, we placed them in screen protectors and a case right away. 6 months later, it is still in new condition. Device speaker volume is sufficient, but has Bluetooth option for headphones for privacy. Device clarity and brightness is as you'd expect. We bought a stylus to use with it, but this device does not charge it wirelessly, so be mindful with your stylus choice.

I bought this for my son to replace his 2018 version. He loves it. He said he likes the amount of storage, the color, and how much lighter it is than his old one. He plays a lot of games on it and says he has to recharge the battery every 2-4 hours but overall he is really enjoying it. It was extremely easy to transfer all of his apps, accounts, messages, etc. over from the old device. It was quick and easy and I know that for sure because I did it for him. For a newer updated version, I found the price reasonable. Shipping was quick and there wasn't any issues.

A very nice tablet, but I have never used the Apple iPad and I struggled to put it together. I'm an older lady, but I really like the clarity of it and I'm still learning so I'm gonna keep it for now but it and it's very nice. it wasn't easy for me to set it up so that was the only problem I had but I got kids that gonna help me so I think I'll be OK with it. It's very nice thank you and I thought it came with the pen but it didn't. That was the only problem I noticed, but maybe it didn't very nice all right

I love my iPad the battery life's great it's beautiful I work on it I love it great Addition to my trio i design on it and it works wonders

I love it. Isn't hard to use/work and the battery life is great. I went a 6 hour road trip without it dying,

I was trying to wait until the new iPad with the A19 chip came out. However, Apple's decision to raise prices on their hardware was the movtivating factor for purchasing this model, which is replace my 7th generation iPad. I'm happy with my purchase.

Purchased this for my spoil 46 year old daughter. She wanted to use mine since I actually keeps it prisoned. But instead of letting her use and change things on mine I told her to pick one out and this is what she chose. I ordered it and it arrived the next day. She was so happy. My favorite part about it was I said Merry Christmas. Now I don't have to worry about you.😂😂😂

I thought I bought a new open box iPad, but in reality, the iPad was used. It looked in very good condition, but the Warranty expires in December 2026 and I bought the iPad in July 2026 so it seems like it was used quite a bit it was an excellent shape, but there was a problem with the touchscreen. It wasn't as sensitive as it should be so I will be using my warranty from Apple to get it repaired.

Works great! But it has a bubble almost in the middle of the screen that is underneath the actual screen itself. I thought it was my screen protector and changed it out before realizing it was in the iPad itself. Everything works great! It's just annoying.
