Wasted my money

Says it's preheated at 275, regardless of setting. Actually takes an hour to reach 400 and by then the food goes straight into the garbage. Cleaning the cook top is exhausting and time consuming. Apparently I'm not allowed to say what I really think, so I'll just say don't buy this piece of 'equipment'.

LG Electric Range w/air fry

As soon as the 1 year warranty was up we started have major issues with this stove. 1st the oven quit working F9 failure. We were able to reset the stove by turning off the breaker but it kept happening. Next the burners also quit working. Now the only thing that works on the stove is the over light and the clock. This will be the last LG electro range I will own. During the 1st year there was a little over 2 months we didn’t even use the stove while we were working at my moms house.

Love my stove!!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Absolutely love this stove!! It has so many useful features. The ultra boil burner brings your water to a boil in about 2 minutes. It’s great for cooking large meals. Oven is huge. Very well designed and great quality!

Loved until it caught my house on fire

I absolutely loved this stove when I purchased this in August of 2021. I works well and does everything it promises However, it is very dangerous to have. The knobs are very easy to turn on without even knowing that you did. Literally just a tap and they are on. If you have small children or pet, beware! I came home with groceries and unloaded them on the counter and on the stove, and you guessed it, I bumped it without knowing it was on. I ran to the back of the house to let my dogs out before Input the groceries away. If it wasn’t for the smoke detector our whole house would have burned down. I spent 30,000 on a brand new kitchen just 3 moths ago for cabinets, appliances and countertops. Sadly, I’m going to have to replace my oven hood and a different stove because of this stove. I have the complete LG Thin Q set, Refrigerator, Dishwasher and Stove. I have the LG microwave as well, but it’s not Thin Q. I love all the products except the stove. This stove needs a recall.

Should have heeded other reviews

This range was installed mid-March and by mid-April I can already tell that the quality is less than ideal. While the range seems to work well, the cooktop portion is not worth the money we paid. We have been very gentle with the top and it is already stained and looks terrible. We don’t make a mess when cooking and have been very careful to clean anything that gets on it (even water), but the burner covers have ugly spots, the burners and cooktop look like they have stains or rust spots, and the grates are rusty where the holes are. The grates are also scratching/gauging the stainless-steel cooktop, even though they are put in place very gently. This is very disappointing as a range is a purchase that you will have for years. If it already is showing signs of wear from very light use in one month, I can’t even imagine how horrible it will look in five years. I am almost scared to use it for fear of more permanent stains and scratches. The other disappointing issue is that the cover over the exhaust area at the back of the stove cannot be removed to clean under it. So, if you have a stray crumb or such, it cannot be cleaned up. The first few times we used the oven portion it set off our smoke alarms even though nothing was baking at the time. This morning, a month later, it made them chirp two times. Be prepared to deal with a horrible plastic smell from the oven during the first few weeks. And if your smoke detectors are sensitive to particulates, it will probably set them off. It was also disappointing that the range only came with 2 oven racks. For the price it is odd. I will say that my favorite feature is the knock-on door to turn on the oven light. We had high hopes for the range, but are starting to regret not heeding the other reviews which mentioned the cooktop and grates easily staining.

Don't waste your time or money.

When it works it works OK. Takes FOREVER to heat up. I literally have NEVER seen an oven that takes this long to heat up. Set it to 350 and walk away, it'll be 20 minutes or more before it's up to temp. 3 years in and the display already gave out. No idea how much time left to cook etc. A grand for three years of a working oven that takes 20 minutes to heat up? Don't waste your time. Get something else.

Awful product quality, do not buy LG ranges

Oven works great and stove top works great, but the issue is with the quality of the material used in the production. 16 months after owning the LED display has started to fail. The number on the far right, the center LED has failed, so when you get numbers such as "8" it displays as a "0" (zero) instead. 27 months of owning the oven, the glass on the inside of the oven door completely shattered about 15 minutes after taking something out of the oven and the oven was turned off. The door was closed and we heard a loud *POP* sound come from the oven area, but couldn't figure out what the issue was. It wasn't until the next morning when we went o use it and opened the door to find the glass had completely shattered.

Could you look at the control panel and see if there are any visible signs of damage, like dents, scratches, or fading? If you notice any visible damage, it might be necessary to get the unit serviced. Another thing you can try is turning off the circuit breaker for about 30 seconds and then turning it back on. Sometimes, this simple reset can fix the control panel problem. However, if the issue persists, it would be best to get the unit serviced. As for the shattered glass, we highly recommend that you get it replaced. Over complicated and obnoxious

Just moved into a house with this stove. It’s the worst. I’m making a turkey and it’s taking sooo long and convection turns your temp below what you set it for. When I baste it the oven beeps at me like yes you stupid piece of metal I know the door is open, I’m basting a turkey!! And when I pull the rack out to reach the turkey it scratched the whole side of the oven inside!! Stove top is a joke there are so many settings and I just wanna know what’s low and what’s high. Flat stove top works poorly as well. Buy a gas stove and save yourself some major headaches!!

Awesome oven

I just bought this oven and I am super excited to use it my old oven never worked well from the day I brought it home. I saved up and purchased this oven because it has every feature I wanted and use. One surprise was that you can knock 2 times on the door and the oven light turns on so you don’t loose heat when checking the food for doneness. How awesome is that!

Nothing great about this LG Brand

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Do not buy this range,horrible product,within less than a year the the filament in the front burners were done,burnt my meals that were being prepared. The second year same issue and again this year as well.
