[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This truly is the worst range I've ever owned. I had so many hours for it with all the good features and the look and all and yet I hated it so much I got rid of it after a year and a half of trying to make it work. First issue was cleaning the stove top. The glass is textured with a tiny diamond pattern and when you burn something on it, which everyone will because water splashed or boils over, it is nearly impossible to clean every one of those little divots in that textured diamond pattern. I spent more time trying to clean this stove top than I have work all the other stones I've owned combined. Next issue was that the oven heated to the right temp but somehow left my food undercooked or raw. This oven never cooked out baked right ever. I had to give up and buy another brand. That was a long year and a half.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] So far I really like this gas range! I purchased it because of the large oven capacity and easy clean features. I haven't done any massive heavy duty cooking yet but all the meals I've made so far have cooked well and been easy to clean up. I also haven't used the wifi connectivity yet but that wasn't super important for me. The oven itself is very different than my last one as it heats up from the back and pushes the air around which is great, but getting used to it. I feel like the oven takes a bit to heat up (probably because it is so large) which if you're just heating up pizza or chicken fingers can be frustrating but I'll take that trade off for the size! I love the blue interior. And love that I have been able to just wipe the oven and stovetop down when I made a greasy mess, I haven't had to use either cleaning features yet (we'll see how that goes). I love the 22K burner - it boiled a huge pot of water relatively fast! My negatives so far - you have to turn the oven knob on then off to get the timer/panel to come on (not a big deal but I wish you could just tap on the panel) the timer plays a happy little song though when done! Also the broiler shuts off with door open (which is a good safety feature) though I like sometimes to flip things around and keep an eye on what I'm broiling with the door open (not a dealbreaker). Then the top grates have scratched the stovetop slightly though I haven't moved them around much except to clean. You can't see the scratches really when the grates are on so doesn't bother me yet but it seems the top may scratch easily which over time would be worrisome. Overall I feel like this range was a great purchase however I'm still new to it and learning all the different cooking features. So far so good though and I would highly recommend at this point!

Nothing about this electric oven/range is acceptable for use. The oven will not warm up to the set temperature, even though the buzzer has indicated that it has reached the set temperature. It is at least 30 degrees off. I have had a repair man come to fix this problem. He set the temperature to increase by 35 degrees, which makes baking, cooking tricky. I have placed a thermometer in the oven to figure out the proper temperature. Also, if you should open the oven door to check on your food, the temperature goes down 100 degrees, and the heating element needs to surge on which distorts proper cooking time and doneness of your food. The range knobs turn on way too easily if you should brush up against the front of the stove. This stove is beyond falling into a "lemon" category. It's an unsafe, fire hazard, improper cooking/baking appliance, and needs to be recalled and replace with a safe, operable appliance. Shame on LG for including this oven/range in their product selections. I would not purchase another LG oven again.

My husband and I bought this about 2 weeks ago. After the first use we saw minor scratches after being INSANELY careful. After cleaning the stove with approved products and how it stated, it’s almost as if some of the black enamel has come off? Once again, extremely gentle. For this price, I’m concerned with the surface scratching after gentle use. What will this surface look like in a few years? Pretty disappointed in the product for this reasoning only. It cooks well and has performed well otherwise.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I have had this about 5 or 6 weeks and enjoy the features. It matches my refrigerator nicely. Make sure you check your range top for spills before it cool otherwise it is hard to get off. This is the same with any glass top stove.

Bought this a month ago. So much to love but have a few issues with the oven. When i cook a pizza on a pampered chef pizza stone it does not brown at all on the bottom. We lowered the rack but have the same result. Also found after air frying chicken wings used the easy clean. Easy? Had to scrub and grease didnt really come off. Will have to do a self clean.

I have had this Range for about a month now and love all the great features. The cook top is really easy to keep clean and the air fryer does it's job great!. It cooks with even heat and does not seem to have "hot spots" like my old range did. The only drawback if there is one is that you have to purchase the Air fry tray seperately which I did, but for the price of this Range I really think this should be included..Other than that the Range is wonderful!

It's ridiculous that you have to use the Wi-Fi to torn the power on to the oven controls. You have to have a certain Wi-Fi output and download apps. What happened to just plugging it into the wall and turning the knob. Why do things always have to be done through a cell phone. IT'S REDICULOUS that it has come to all the out of control technology that we have come up with. Its just making people more lazy and useless. in 56 yrs I have never had trouble turning on the oven or setting the clock till NOW. this is the worst setup I have ever seen and I will never buy one. Sister's got one and has had it for over a month now and still can't use the oven.

We bought this November 2022 and were initially very happy with the purchase. However we began to notice every now and then that baking in the oven would take longer than it should. The final straw was Christmas 2023 where our 11 lb turkey took over 8hrs to cook. We bought an oven thermometer to test out the temperature and we found it to be below the set temperature about half the time. From what we can see, the initial heating will get the oven to the correct temperature, but then after you open the door to put your food in you lose almost half the heat. The oven then stays consistently below the set temperature from that point on. Our only work around is to set the temperature to something higher after you put the food in which will trigger the element to actually turn on, then wait for it to get to that new temperature before setting it back to the original temperature. This isn't great and not what we paid a lot of money for. Pros: - Stove top is very good. The extra large burner is great for our big frying pan. - Oven capacity is great, with three racks. - Controls are easy and lots of functionality. - Knock on the glass door to turn the light on inside the oven. Cons: - Oven temperature isn't consistent. - Remote start via the app (ThinQ): Not sure if it has a time-out built in or maybe it doesn't work, but you're supposed to be able to push the remote start button, and then use the app to start your oven. We've tried it, but by the time we go into the app to turn on the oven remotely, it says we need to push the remote start button.
