I absolutely loved this stove when I purchased this in August of 2021. I works well and does everything it promises However, it is very dangerous to have. The knobs are very easy to turn on without even knowing that you did. Literally just a tap and they are on. If you have small children or pet, beware! I came home with groceries and unloaded them on the counter and on the stove, and you guessed it, I bumped it without knowing it was on. I ran to the back of the house to let my dogs out before Input the groceries away. If it wasn’t for the smoke detector our whole house would have burned down. I spent 30,000 on a brand new kitchen just 3 moths ago for cabinets, appliances and countertops. Sadly, I’m going to have to replace my oven hood and a different stove because of this stove. I have the complete LG Thin Q set, Refrigerator, Dishwasher and Stove. I have the LG microwave as well, but it’s not Thin Q. I love all the products except the stove. This stove needs a recall.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The customer service has been great. We have had to have LG come to our home twice. Since we bought the stove. I have had to have the repair man come out twice. I'm a older person I'm having a hard time seeing where the Hi and Low and witch burner section it is on. LG should have used White lettering. Not sure I'm happy with the oven. Have had problems with the heat. Our LG service person came today so we will see. Has a lot of fetchers on it. Try again to see if it works right.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I wish I had done more research-I do not like the black glass top. If you have a pan on the burner and move it a little-will scratch the top. Have to lift and move even if it is for a millimeter of an inch! The dials on the top are hard to read-print need to be darker. However, it is better than my old gas stove.

Bought this a month ago. So much to love but have a few issues with the oven. When i cook a pizza on a pampered chef pizza stone it does not brown at all on the bottom. We lowered the rack but have the same result. Also found after air frying chicken wings used the easy clean. Easy? Had to scrub and grease didnt really come off. Will have to do a self clean.

If there was one thing I would change it would be the knobs on the front. They are very sensitive and people have turned on the stove top in error. We did figure out how to lock it so that doesn't happen which helps alot.

Please ignore some of the negative reviews as just about all great products get negatives. I went with the LG reputation and brand reliability and I was will pleased with my choice. TRUST ME!!! BUY THIS ONE AND YOU WILL LOVE IT LIKE I DO.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I purchased this awhile ago. We are remodeling and weren’t ready for the stove to be placed when it got here. A month later, we installed and wow was it pretty! I have had glass cooktops before, at least 15 years experience. This cook top is the worst ever. It stains from water which I have never had happen before. I cannot get my cooktop clean.I have been meticulous about wiping up liquids and oil and anything that boils and may find it’s way to the cooktop. It is driving me up the wall. It stained from WATER the first time I used it. Every trick I know about cleaning cooktops does not work. Extremely disappointed. Never again. The oven is ok. Convection works well. I haven’t used air fry feature yet. The bake feature is very slow. Both convection and baking take forever to heat up. Agonizingly so. I purchased all LG appliances for my new kitchen. This range/oven is the worst one I’ve had in my life. I’d love to get it out of here. I really hate it. The metal that is above the range and below the knobs is quite uneven and is rippled. Very odd looking. Same thing with metal around the bottom of the cooktop. My advice…save every penny you have for a higher end unit. I wish I had. My experience with this has ended my brief love for LG. This unit has failed miserably.

I bought this a little over 2 years and I can say it has been fantastic performance all around. The baking for sweet treats to delicious meals like Pork Butt Roast, whole chickens and even Lamb to cooking vegetables in the oven has been fantastic. I bought this for my wife because her baking was not coming well in the past oven but this one makes stuff fantastic treats.

Bought this 2 years ago and bake element has gone- doesn't hold temperature. It is internal through the back and insulation so the fix requires a bit of work. The cook top is extremely hard to clean because of the grooves- manual scraping and chemical cleaners required. Everything else is pretty good. We had previous LG appliances 10 years ago that lasted for years-sold with house. This is our 2nd LG appliance to need repairs c/in 2-3 yrs- Fridge drawer slide broke and air compressor went. But waaaay better than the Samsung Range that cooked itself while self cleaning!
