some excellent features

Only had this for a few weeks, and still getting used to it. I do not like that both front burners have multiple size options - that limits the heat options - would prefer one large burner with all the heating/temperature options. also, the oven takes a long time to heat up, and then is not at the temperature set. Oven temperature is quite variable. like the oven air fryer, like the large size of even.

Hi, Mjay. Thanks for sharing your thoughts about your LG Range! Sounds like you’re settling into the new range and already enjoying the roomy oven and air‑fry feature — love hearing that. We totally get how the burner setup and temperature variability could be frustrating, and your feedback really helps highlight where the experience can be improved. The best electric range

We originally had a Frigidaire electric range that had run its course and we ended up going with the LG electric range with air fry. It’s our first LG and honestly? I’m absolutely in love with it. First the size of the oven was what sold me on the LG it has three racks and tons of room which I need bc I love to bake and cook. The inside of the oven is definitely a wow factor with the color-it shows how much attention to detail that was put into this range. The knock twice feature turns the oven light on while the door is closed- is as useful as it is fun-if you think you won’t use it guess again because I didn’t think I would either and I do…a lot. There is a proofing feature on the oven that I’ve used more than 10 times-we bake more with this feature since we don’t have to wait as long for the yeast to rise or the dough to double in size. The air fry feature is amazing and incredibly convenient to not have to take out the portable one (find counter space, plug it in etc) the keep warm was another new to me feature that I really appreciate. The convection roast was another feature that was new to me that I use a lot. The food cooks and bakes so much faster with the LG range. The stovetop is beautiful and cleans so easily which I really love. The different size for pot options is so convenient and there is a Ultraheat power boil that works impeccably-was surprised at how quick it actually is. If you are deciding what range to get I would say you can’t go wrong with LG and this range has been used so much already because it works so flawlessly. It’s easy to use with plenty of features that you need and nothing that you don’t. I wish I had it sooner.

unreliable

I have always been a LG fan.. Last year during my home renovations I bought a range of LG appliances for my kitchen including range refrigerator and dishwasher. but , recently appliances have disappointed me alot I purchased my item in July and got my delivery in September , they worked well for 13 months but after that range showed problem in one of the cooktop I thought it as a voltage issue but after few days other cooktop also stopped working and one thing I want to mention that I bought the latest model at that time , everything has the manufacturing of 2021 but this time they just stated to fail in 2 years only ....

Regrets

I was delighted to find this stove with everything I wanted after much research and comparisons. It is not quite two years old and it looks awful. Some of the led lights in the clock don’t work, the front left burner is worn and discolored, and there are dents in the bottom drawer. I’ve had other brands of stoves that look better than this after 10 years as I take care of my appliances.

New Features LG Oven

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We have had this range for about a month. One important point for the glass top is to have the correct cookware. We actually purchased a new set with flat bottoms to not scratch the surface. It is amazing how fast the burner heats up. We have used the oven and timer feature as well as the air fryer which I love because I can actually make crispy french frys in the oven/air fryer. The easy view oven is terrific. So I can see how an item is cooking.

Hi, Jan! We’re delighted to hear how well your LG Range is performing in your kitchen. The fast‑heating glass cooktop, spacious oven, and the air fryer feature sound like they’re adding a lot of convenience — crispy fries right from the oven is always a win. The EasyView window is a great touch too, making it simple to keep an eye on everything as it cooks. Wonderful to know it’s been such a strong addition to your home! I love it!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I love how this stove works period. The air fryer is amazing! I made my first turkey in the oven and it turned out so moist and delicious. The burners warm up pretty fast. I have the glass top! I am just enjoying this stove overall!!

Great Stove But...

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Im happy with the stove for the most part but the music it plays when it heats up to your temperature or using the timer is so annoying and you cant shut it off. It is an airfryer oven but it comes with nothing to airfry in and I was confused on what to purchase to use it. Advertised like its completed but its not

WORST RANGE EVER

Buyers be ware!!!! The is the worst range ever!!! After the FIRST USE, the cooktop was scratched and it won’t come off. I was even using a brand new pot!!! I also tried an old pot on the other side and it did the same thing. I’m so disappointed!!!! I love all my other LG appliances but I really regret buying this range.

I’m looking forward to using more of his features.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] So far I couldn’t be any happier with it. It brightens up my whole kitchen. I am 76 years old, so I’m no tech guy, but my daughter-in-law will be here this holiday weekend and I’m sure she’ll put it through its paces.

Basics very good, bells and whistles not so much

After almost 2 years of usage we sensibly can give a review based on experience with the range. Over all, the quality of it is very good. However, there are several short falls in performance and in design. Lets start with the design. -> The Hot surface indicator does not indicate which element is still hot (a cheap glass top range before did that) -> There is no 120V connector included, useful for hand mixer or blender stick use in the cooking area (again, our previous range had that) -> The slick door handle looks great but is challenging to clean (in the inside of the outer angle) ->Because the motor cover is in the centre of the range and flat to the back of it the range is not fully moved into the stall so that the front is sticking out 1.5", interfering with the cupboard door next to the range. -> The oven space is just big enough for full size baking sheets, which does not allow multiple sheets to be used for convection baking. -> The indicator for the warming plate shows always one line in the bottom. However, we feel it should reflect the settings of 1, 2, or 3 bars. Shortfalls in the functionality and performance are more disturbing the satisfaction with the equipment. -> The proofing temperature is too high and not adjustable -> The layout of the burners are not allowing them to be used as required. When the bigger front burners are used the small burners inn the back are slightly obstructed so that even small sauce pans do not fit fully onto the burner -> The "Ultra-Heat" element sometimes does not respond properly to turning down the heat settings (occasionally we have slightly burnt pancakes etc.) -> The labelling of the turn knobs of the heat elements are difficult to see, which part of the multi part heat elements are on (2 and 3 segment front elements). However, after using it for almost two years we almost got used to which way to turn the knob. - > The temperature distribution in the oven is somewhat not ideal. The right front is usually hotter than the left rear. Also, the proofing function is not that useful esp. for multiple bake cycles. After the oven is heated for the first bake it takes quite some time to have it cooled off to use it for the next proofing cycle. A separate proofing element or even a separate cabinet is more versatile. We would not mind to have it in the drawer below instead of a storage drawer (Hint, Hint to the designer engineers) :-) Since we are using it as a tool in our household we did not 'play' with the WiFi connectivity functions; and we don't intent to do it in the future (although I consider myself as "Early Adopter" of technology. As a standard range it is quite handy and the price reflects the high production standards. In other words, don't expect too much of the bells and whistles. Just enjoy the basic functionality.
