Cheap stove top after2.5 mths starting to fade

Not at all happy with my lg range purchased may 23 2025,added a 4 year ext warr ,range top discolored and faded lg says it not warranty,no lg for me

glass stove top

We bought the LG electric glass top stove in November - the first time I used it the burners marked up. The marks are underneath the glass so there is no cleaning it. This is the worst stove I have owned. No matter how I try to clean the top the marks do not erase. I will NEVER purchase another LG appliance again

Terrible value

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This range is incredibly disappointing for the price. First huge negative is that it plays a chime when you do nearly any oven function. For example, when you use the bake function to preheat, it plays a 10 second melody that is extremely loud. You cannot change the volume, or turn this chime off. What happened to the simple beep from decades past? The second and worst thing about this range, is that the glass scratches extremely easy. The first time we cooked with this unit, we used pans that are designed with SS bottoms for glass top stoves and they scratched it terribly. I've cooked on 3 different glass tops over the years and have never scratched one. This may be a LG specific issue. I will avoid the brand if they refuse to cover it.

Beautiful Range

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I bought this a few weeks back and I am truly enjoying it! There are many features in this to make it very easy to use! It’s my first convection oven and the fact that you can put your recipes in and it automatically converts it to the recommended temp and time it amazing! I also love having the air fryer built in! The Blue interior is lovely and if you want the oven light on you just need to knock 2 x’s on the oven door is so cool! Again thank you for a wonderful product!

Crappy Stove

While the cook top works as expected the oven is a total piece of crap. Temperature swings of over 100 degrees C. it takes forever to get up to temperature and the it is wrong with an external thermometer. Technician says this is energy saving feature, how can it be an engergy saving feature if you have to wait 30 mins. to warm up a precooked meal. I make pizza from scratch and it gets burnt on the top and the bottom is raw and this takes over an hour when in the old stove it took 25 mins start to eat.....

Display Issue just over 1 year old

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Bought stove Nov 21, 2021 was working great now the time display is not showing the numbers correctly. The middle bar is not displaying so an 8 looks like 0. Reading reviews this seems to be an issue for many. I can't believe a stove just over a year old should have this issue and of course it is not covered by the warranty any longer. Do not purchase this stove!
