I got this one which is firmer and helped that really quick. This is so comfortable I love it. I also love this brand. I have always had their mattress and will continue to do so. 10/10 recommend.

It keeps you cool so you don't get sweaty at night. The firmness its so soft where you just sink in it helps with back pain and neck pain it supports alot. I highly recommend this bed.
