This ice maker is exactly what I was looking for. It makes plenty of ice for my family in a day and keeps my cooler full too. The ice cubes are a good shape also. The ice maker isn’t huge so it doesn’t take up that much space. The only reason I didn’t give it 5 stars is because it’s a bit noisy filling up and when dumping ice. We have it in the garage and can still hear it inside the house when the TVs not on.

Bought for large graduation party coming up. I throw lots of parties and have 3 more kids to graduate as well. Perfect size, does NOT take up a lot of room, it's quiet and makes perfect ice! Have been bagging ice for almost 2 weeks and everything is wonderful. Did buy a bigger, stainless steel scoop - only a small plastic one comes with machine.

Great product

Machine did not work! Waiting on either replacement or $! They sent tech out and he said something was wrong with the compressor!

product was clearly damaged in multiple areas before it had been boxed and shipped. However we reached out to the number provided and they are replacing. But we are now without our item for additional 2 weeks so far.

Quit working on day 7. Never produced the right amount of ice from day 1. Piece of CRAP!!
