Great product

Machine did not work! Waiting on either replacement or $! They sent tech out and he said something was wrong with the compressor!

product was clearly damaged in multiple areas before it had been boxed and shipped. However we reached out to the number provided and they are replacing. But we are now without our item for additional 2 weeks so far.

machine just freezes a giant block of ice over the cube trays. freezes up but the ice it did make was wet. customer service giving me a run around about returning. dont go thru sams club if you are a commercial customer

The Ice Machine arrived and the box was in GOOD condition so I assumed the machine would be in good condition also. Once the box was removed and the machine inspected I found that the workmanship in the construction of the machine was lacking. As you can see from the photos the panels did not lineup and I learned that was because there were screws and rivets missing. After having to partially disassemble the housing and put in replacement screws and rivets for the missing ones I was able to get the panels to line up better, but they are still not the way they should be. The machine is working good and producing ice. I do think the product is worth the money, but think the assembly process should be improved. This machine is being used in a work shop so the appearance is not that critical, but if it were in a place of business I would be very disappointed.

Quit working on day 7. Never produced the right amount of ice from day 1. Piece of CRAP!!

Works just like we needed it to at The Oak Motel. Guest love it.
