Bought this from a benefit auction and the handle will not lock in place, the plastic piece that you switch to hold the handle in place doesn’t hold it in place. I plan to exchange if I can.

The problem with this is the wheels are not sufficient to roll on the sand. It basically requires that you are pulling the full weight of the load through the sand because the wheels aren’t wide enough. The cart itself is constructed well and collapses nicely. No assembly needed ,light ,easy to cary and put together , compact enough for a car ,gave it to my mother since she's getting older and that way she didn't have to carry her groceries she can just take that with her anywhere she goes .
