Awesome quality

When i ordered this TV for shipping to my house Sams Club said it would be delivered on a certain date. I stayed home that day expecting the delivery. It never arrived that day or since. I did call customer service who told me it is on the way but couldn't tell me when I could expect it. The TV may be great but Sams Club shipping so far is absolutely terrible.

I went with this Samsung Neo QLED, and I couldn't be happier. Setup was quick and simple, the menus are easy to navigate, and the built-in AI really enhances the experience. The picture quality and brightness are outstanding—it's a huge step up from my old TV. When my other Vizio eventually calls it quits, I'll definitely be replacing it with another Samsung!
