[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This TV constantly loses its connect ion to my Denon home theater received. The only way to bring back the connection is to reset the TV back to factory settings. This is EXTREMELY annoying. The longest period a between reset a is perhaps three days. Some times I must reset to factory settings three times in succession before the connection is regained. Now, to make things even worse, the wonderful “Launch AI” message appear a while the factory down load is in progress- which me and that I list begin the down load process all over again, because AI kills the download.

It is easy to set up, I do not need a separate stick to play apps from third party. The price was good, bought it during black Friday with additional military discount. Once you set the tv up with your specific viewing settings and sound, it becomes a theater inside my living room. Thank you Samsung

I would highly recommend this product for anyone that likes gaming because the graphics are absolutely amazing. After owning a Samsung television I will never own a different brand again. Not only do I own a Samsung television I actually own 4 Samsung televisions, a Samsung watch, 4 Samsung phones and Samsung headphones. My significant other has always owned Motorola devices until I introduced him to the Samsung Galaxy Note 20 and now that's what he owns as well. Thank you for making such great products and I look forward to purchasing mote Samsung products in the very near future.

Being a long time Samsung owner the quality of the picture is excellent as expected but I am experiencing what I call (Picture Flash Bombs!). We will be watching a movie and all of the sudden you get a bright flash of light from your screen that's over so quick that you wonder if you really even happened but I can assure you that after dozens of times and other people seeing it, It did happen. I bought this particular TV because of the lighting feature that allows you to see what's in the background of a dark movie scene and from other owners that seems to be the problem. Some of the solutions seem to recommend turning it OFF! WHAT! This is the feature that I love the best. Disappointed Texan!

Besides having a great picture quality that's where it stops when using a TV app you need time and patience because it is always buffering the work around for this is I used a fire stick directly for the TV. This is the only TV or electronic product in the household that has an issue maintaining connectivity to the Internet, I would not purchase this TV again.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The clarity and sharpness were the first things I noticed about this display. The second things my attention were drawn to were the high color saturation of the pixels, and the overall brightness of the backlight and the depth of the blacks. The movement of videos and media anywhere from 60 to 120fps or 144hz were smooth and pleasant. The edge lit mini led panel is performing beyond what I expected. I only wish I would have gotten the special anti glare screen. Despite not having selected this feature when I made my purchase, the picture displayed is good and the quality of the led panel more than makes up for the reflections.
