All I got was "sorry". Sad part is....I never even touched the TV to damage it.

The picture is top of the line and it looks as if you are right there. I highly recommend this TV as it is very light and comes with amazing visuals and sounds.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The overall tv for the size has a lot of features perfect for xbox series x the difference is completely noticeable from being only able to stream 60 frames to maxing out at 4k with 120 frames per sec.. feel like your completely immersed into whatever playing or streaming with the new neo model the colors are astonishing to say the least when watching 50s westerns no borders perfect... the slight gripe is with connecting right away to a xbox with only the tv remote being connected. Noted that also it would have a power issue to where it turns on everything fine but then it doesn't register the xbox controller being connected to only the xbox and not on the tv. Will update again if issues occur

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The 55” Class Samsung Neo QLED 4K QN70F Vision AI Smart TV is has really clear and crisp resolution and clear picture. The 4k picture is amazing colors are bolder and blacks are blacker. I really enjoy the free Samsung content like Samsung TV Plus where you can watch more then 400 channels, I use the Samsung tv plus app on a daily basis instead of having cable. The sound is also amazing to where I have to sometime wonder if the sound is coming from outside or the tv. The tv is also great for gaming al though I haven’t figured out all the features yet my teenage son has and really enjoys gaming on the tv. There’s also voice assistant via Bixby and I use the daily board which I find help get my day started. Another cool feature is that it has built in smart thing hub so you can control your devices like security cameras, lights and much more. There’s is so many features to this tv that I know I haven’t tried yet and I’m excited to learn them. This tv has been a great addition to my home I really enjoy Samsung products and will continue to use them in my home as they are top notch quality. I highly recommend this tv.

I went with this Samsung Neo QLED, and I couldn’t be happier. Setup was quick and simple, the menus are easy to navigate, and the built-in AI really enhances the experience. The picture quality and brightness are outstanding—it’s a huge step up from my old TV. When my other Vizio eventually calls it quits, I’ll definitely be replacing it with another Samsung!

I really like how its big that the everyone can see the view of what the screen. I also use this TV to watch Netflix, Disney, YouTube and more. This screen is really bright and you could definitely see from far away.

Fairly simple to navigate once you run through the menu a few times. The size also fits well in my music studio. Definitely recommend!
