I have never had any problems with any of samsung products and anytime I have had a issue samsung care was always there to help with knowledge to fix over the phone.

The picture quality is outstanding—colors are vibrant, blacks are deep, and everything looks incredibly sharp, especially when watching movies and sports. The large screen size really makes it feel like a home theater experience. The smart features are smooth and easy to use, and apps load quickly without lag. The brightness technology and resolution capabilities make it so easy to use and get the best viewing quality possible. I love that I can use my phone to control it when I have misplaced my remote. I do not have small children but if I did being able to make it viewing friendly from my phone would be a selling point for me also. Having the streaming Samsung TV plus already installed keeps me up to date with my local channels without having to pay extra for apps. The set up was simple with a step by step guide.

The contrast selection is also very abundant and elaborate. The resolution on this tv is pretty good and the vibrancy of the colors is great. All in all its a pretty good tv so far. I'm only a few months in right now. Check back in a couple of years because that's going to be the most important part is how long the tv lasts and how reliable it is. I didn't fork over a grand just to have to buy another tv in a year. I'm poor so reliability and dependability is key. That's why I went with Samsung because they are supposed to be one of the best and reliable. So for now I'll keep my fingers crossed and hope and pray that Samsung still makes quality, reliable and trustworthy products.

This is for our GPS display at work an it is incredible. You can glance from another room at a less than ideal angle and see it very clearly without glare. Also has incredible picture quality you would want for anything, especially quick paced sports.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The tv is great. I own a UHD samsung tv 55 inch. The difference between those 2 tvs were beyond different than I imagine. The tv brightness was really bright but im not complaining about it. The resolution was better than the other tv I had. Seeing how all the quality was I was surprised. Given that tv was great I might get a oled tv as well. Im happy that im a samsung customer.
