[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] No other brand can produce such a wonderful picture as Samsung. They are the best for video gaming which is why this is my 4th Samsung TV. I'm super amazed by how bright it actually gets with still maintaining the clarity with great contrast and it's still being vibrant. It's just 4K resolution once things pick up in the 8K space, and maybe introduce some technology that us typical civilians are not aware of yet, I may have to upgrade again.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Why do the TV displays in the store always look so much better than what you can get at home! We were just upgrading the size of our previous 55" TV to this 75" TV. When comparing the two, it seemed this TV should have a much, much crisper image, but it is about the same, just larger. I have to say, I personally like the Soap Opera Affect I think it is called, and even though I followed the settings instructions to have this, it did not produce it the way I remember it. The TV has been working fine, the controller is capable of working the way it should. The remote is a solar charging remote and so far, no issues staying charged from room light. One other issue, we are in a very bright room and when watching TV during the day, it is nearly impossible to see the entire screen due to reflection, so I have to move my head around to see, but I typically do not watch TV during the day, so not a big issue there, either. At night, the colors are vibrant, and the black background is black. Edges are sharp. The response time from menu to menu will some times have a slight lag, but not terrible. I don't think it is due to the WIFI connection, unless many of the basic actions come from Samsung across the internet. I have been trying to find a remote to work with both the TV and my Google streamer and although 90% of the time I'm watching or streaming directly through Samsung, I have to use a separate remote for the Google Streamer. As far as mounting goes, I used a two way wall mount and hung against the living room wall and due to the TV being so thin, I had to order shorter mounting bolts. The connections on the back are a bit tricky to get to without pulling the TV out some, but not a huge deal. The coaxial antenna inlet is tough to tighten with fat fingers, but it opened up over 100 stations in our area, making it a nice addition to all the streaming channels. One other issue, the instructions are very confusing. I have yet to figure out how to load apps, even after following online instructions. The only apps I see is within the Samsung library and can only add those, which is one of the reasons I have a Google TV Streamer. Overall, we are very happy with the TV.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] the TV was good and Easy Connect the contrast and color ratio was good and exact exceptional sound quality when hooked up to surround sound better than I expected would recommend the TV has great resolution and good brightness for what we expected with our large windows we also like the refresh rate a lot of colors are very vibrant and great in color

Once you tweak the settings to how you want it there is a phenomenal combination of old school tried and true Samsung features and new 4K and AI things that just add to the vibrant colors and screen speed. I love this TV and everything about it. I could not be happier.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The picture quality is perfect.It works well with my alexa and my ring doorbell. The clarity is beyond anything I've ever seen with any other T.V I've had previously owned. I'm not a gamer, so I can't give any feedback in that aspect

The wifi connection doesn't work. I paid for Samsung care + on it and now have to go through the entire process of returning it, getting a refund, and reordering it because the tv doesn't qualify for "replacement". You've got one department saying I can get it replaced and another saying I can't, and just apologizing for the inconvenience. Frankly we've surpassed inconvenience.

I initially got one of these TVs and was so impressed! Then I bought a second one. The contrast and clarity are fantastic! It’s a real treat, especially when you compare it to other 4K TVs that are a bit older, like the LGs I had for two years. I also thought the resolution and vibrancy were quite good. What really stood out to me was how much brighter it was than my old TV.

The picture quality is outstanding—colors are vibrant, blacks are deep, and everything looks incredibly sharp, especially when watching movies and sports. The large screen size really makes it feel like a home theater experience. The smart features are smooth and easy to use, and apps load quickly without lag. Overall, it’s a great TV that looks premium, performs flawlessly, and has been a fantastic addition to my home.
