[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We had to take the first one back, did not work. This unit is very good. The app home page is very difficult to set up. The remote is WAY TO SMALL, for anyone that does not have tiny hands and fingers it is hard to use. We had a remote from a Samsung we owned previously so the man of the house uses it. This unit has another problem we just decided to live with. While streaming in any format it just stops and goes to what ever HDMI is turned on, we had our internet provider monitor it for 3 days, no stoppage, we used WIFI, same thing as when we have it plugged into the ethernet. GREAT SOUND, GREAT PICTURE, upscaling works great. Very deep colors and the sharpness and brightness are wonderful. We like it so much we can put up with the crazy streaming problem.

This app is absolutely awful. I want to see the specs to the TV to see if will work in the environment I need. It’s a simple spread sheet that one would expect. No, just video after video with every swipe. The app is so awful to use I won’t even bother looking further. It’s so incredibly frustrating. When a person clicks “specs” just show them the specs. You don’t have to be selling every second. On to other brands.

Our last television lasted 10 years and is still going strong, but we decided to upgrade to new tech. We are delighted that we did! While our new tv is alot to navigate and learn, we are loving every minute. And we cannot say enough about the quality of the picture. Real night and day in comparison to our older Samsung tv. That's why our tv's and cell phone will always be Samsung's. Quality is always the best. Thanks again Samsung!

Color is vibrant, resolution is solid, and most importantly for me the native refresh rate is 120 hz which is ideal for smoother viewing of movies or the reason I wanted it, video games. Time will tell how it holds up but considering there's also a bunch of TV and movies that just come as a part of Samsung tv that's cool too.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I bought this model primarily because I needed to use wireless headphones at the same time as the TV's speakers. It's dual audio capability does a great job with that. Plus, the picture color and clarity is great. I'm well satisfied with it, except that I wish Samsung were not so intrusive with their features. I dislike some, but can't turn them off.

Occasionally it has yellow or blue lines that flash across the screen that are very annoying. It is not often, maybe once an hour or so. The fact that is has minimal glare is something that I really like.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] the picture is fantastic, after I downloaded and printed a nearly 300 page instruction book. I then took several days to set the picture up the way I wanted it to be. Major problem is the picture still will fluctuate between light and dark even after following your instructions to have it stop this annoying feature. I set it to stop this and it somehow reverts to fluctuating again despite my repeated efforts to stop this feature. Can't it just stay where I put it???
