I have asked repeatedly for you to send a repair man to fix it, because all the techs I've spoken to can't seem to fix my problem, or bring me a new TV. One if the techs i spoke to intimated that this is a problem with some TV's you sell

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Some pay apps are on Samsung TV. Example MGM+ I had to stop paying for this app because can't download app. Hard to have to go to Roku to watch. I hate having to use the Roku and firestick controller. Your controller should work all 3.

I don’t have a lot of time. Especially during business hours. Wish Samsung would just replace. But this isn’t the hill I want to die on.
