[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We had to take the first one back, did not work. This unit is very good. The app home page is very difficult to set up. The remote is WAY TO SMALL, for anyone that does not have tiny hands and fingers it is hard to use. We had a remote from a Samsung we owned previously so the man of the house uses it. This unit has another problem we just decided to live with. While streaming in any format it just stops and goes to what ever HDMI is turned on, we had our internet provider monitor it for 3 days, no stoppage, we used WIFI, same thing as when we have it plugged into the ethernet. GREAT SOUND, GREAT PICTURE, upscaling works great. Very deep colors and the sharpness and brightness are wonderful. We like it so much we can put up with the crazy streaming problem.

Play games on it is just as good as playing on a dedicated monitor, but in my living room. The picture quality, the sound, the framerates. This TV does it all. I love it and would recommend to anyone looking for a gaming tv!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Picture on my Samsung is great. However the audio sometimes increases for no reason and sometimes goes completely off. I have to change the channel and come back to it again for sound. This happens when I use the TV speakers.

Our last television lasted 10 years and is still going strong, but we decided to upgrade to new tech. We are delighted that we did! While our new tv is alot to navigate and learn, we are loving every minute. And we cannot say enough about the quality of the picture. Real night and day in comparison to our older Samsung tv. That's why our tv's and cell phone will always be Samsung's. Quality is always the best. Thanks again Samsung!

I’m getting better at using it but still not sure how to do a lot of the commands. I’ve heard the same complaints about the remote.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Works pretty good most of the time . Twice tv would just want to buffer in every app . Check all othet TVs were working ok . Have a Deco pod 10’ so signal is strong . Next day worked ok not sure what is going on ?

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] although the TV is nice size and has bright pictures and the 4K shows very well but it does have some minutes sometimes but overall I love the TV and I like watching movies on it especially with my kids I would say that the AI picture is very nice as well pictures on the Fly

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] After a month there is already a small area of dead pixels or back lights. It’s been difficult and annoying to try and do anything about it. I don’t have a lot of time. Especially during business hours. Wish Samsung would just replace. But this isn’t the hill I want to die on.
