Colors are off and settings screen covers the picture so I can't use that picture to make adjustments. Sound emphasizes background noises and I can't find the setting adjustment to change it. I now find I need three remotes to move around. So, if you want a tv that's dumb enough to work out of the box, don't buy this one.

The salesman explained that the model was the latest technology i was sold on it and I asked if i take it hone would it look the same as in the store he said yes, but more so with 4k technology. Bought it anyway and even with 1080p. It looked same as the store. And with the older model I had witch was atleast 6 years old the. I didn't have to adjust anything the t.v. did it itself with the AI tech. I would buy this product again.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This is my first "smart tv". The initial set up was pretty easy, very nice picture quality. I find the operating system to be a mysterious thing. After a little while it seems fine, but don't change an output because it takes control of how inter interacts with the receiver, changes settings so you cannot find your cable box. I finally found the cable box by accident. I could be a little more user friendly. Of course that's all new to me, it may just be how things are. Overall I really like this tv.

Apps load fast, the menu doesn't lag, and pairing it with my HW‑S60D soundbar was stupid easy. The combo makes movies feel way more “theater‑ish” than I expected. Voice control through SmartThings/Google Home works fine for the basics. Overall, it's just a solid, good‑looking TV that makes watching anything feel better.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Amazing TV, downside so far, Auto screensaver activates too often even while the TV is playing or the picture is in motion, certain options, such as Amazon Alexa doesn't work properly, brightness, contrast, sharpness, are all of high quality as well as smoothness, but you also notice a bit of lag in the picture at times, almost like it's not optimized to handle said video, movie, or show that you're watching

Both are excellent in all respects.Easy to set up and superb for watching sports eg soccer ,golf, and tennis. The contrast is such that I can see the tennis and golf balls much better than my previous "old technology" Samsung TV's ( ie Approximately 12 years old ).I bought the S95F specifically because my wife suffers from macular degeneration ,and she can already see the benefits of the upgrade in technology

However, this is easily resolved by adding the Apple TV device. Far superior, remote, far better user interface. With the addition of the Apple TV, this TV becomes spectacular.
