Only complaint really is the menu navigation, it's very different from every other TV navigation style I've used before, including Samsung. There's no dedicated input button for switching on the remote either. Functionally though, the TV is great & switching picture profiles is easy or automated if you want it to be. Anesthetically pleasing TV as well with minimal stand.

We paired it with an audio system because the tv speakers are good for casual watching but do not do a movie or sports experience justice. We've had other brands of tv but it's difficult to find anything that compares to higher end Samsungs.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This is the best TV we have ever owned. We were loyal Sony customers but we are so happy with this set.. This Samsung has vibrant color and the brightness is just perfect. The TV paired with an Oticon hearing device allows my husband to hear with ease. We purchased a Samsung sound bar with the TV and I'm glad that we did. We have noted exceptional sound especially with movies we have watched. In terms of contrast, images are noticeably sharp on the set. We are happy and satisfied customers!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Beautiful picture, even in ECO mode. Love the picture, love the package and how easy it is to control. Even Samsung TV isn't bad. But the picture can't keep up with higher speed video and I'm talking football games here. Disappointing.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Great picture with great fidelity. The main issue is have with the unit is setting up the picture modes. I can't find a single one of the defaults that do the job for multiple different apps and mediums. Even tweaking them on my own, I've had issues getting it just right, which is a bit frustrating. Also if you use the voice assistant it interrupts your viewing experience. Also frustrating when I'm just trying to turn the living room light on with Alexa.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Hello, This is not our first big screen was totally surprised that the pedestal supporting 65” snaps together instead of attaching securely with screws ,not impressed at all with flimsy snap together manufacturing method. We use captioning often due to don't want to disturb other people resting,sleeping,doing homework etc.When using on local over the air broadcast channels have to use (Live Translate) which is black background and tiny small letters and not adjustable type captioning.But when on internet channels all caption options are programmable when Caption is selected. Remote control is difficult for some to use,older style with numbers to use for channels etc. are more user friendly than compact newer style.Some folks probably become frustrated return tv due to new style. Far as picture it's best of TV's we've ever owned. Big Al
